Dr. Hadad is very professional in demeanor. He listens to his patients and takes the time to address concerns, answer questions, and explain every option available. I felt safe around him and am glad that I entrusted him with my surgery. It is extremely important that one feels comfortable in their body, and it is thanks to Dr. Hadad that I am finally comfortable in mine.

My childs doctor has sent a referral over two weeks ago and Jess Black has refused to help. I'm beginning to think this is a sexist thing with her. Everytime my child calls its always some excuse about Jess being busy and to call her BUT SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! We have been calling non stop every hour after another and Jess refuses to call my child to set up the appointment. This is far beyond ridiculous and unprofessional! This place needs more people setting up scheduling and someone needs to fire JESS BLACK!!!!

Been trying for the last three weeks to get hold of these people for my surgery and Jess Black keeps ignoring me and my calls. I have all my doctors upset because the referral was sent numerous times but nobody will answer or call me back tonset up a appointment. Now I have to report to my insurance as well that the people they sent me to and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED are nothing but a waste of time. The front desk receptionist can't even get Jess Black to answer them let alone me

Jess Black is a gender health liaison here. I recently expressed my concerns on a queer group on facebook about how I wanted to now go out of state due to me repeatedly trying to call and get ANY information I can get yet no call back. She then decides to haha react to my comment about this. Very not professional and very not caring for someone in a profession where caring is a requirement. This is why I choose to now go out of state. Thank you IU health and also a HUGE thank you to Jess who made this decision so easy for me. If I had any advice for the trans community DO NOT GO HERE.

This surgeon and his team blatantly disregarded my concerns of infection repeatedly. I brought to their attention multiple times I was concerned about the intense redness and assymetric swelling on the left side of my incision and was dismissed while being told "everything looks great, I see this all the time and it's fine". Instead of admitting me for IV antibiotics when my cellulitis began his PA's erroneously diagnosed me with contact dermatitis from the surgical glue and ripped it off my incision before it was even fully closed. During the conversation that day it was said to me "well it's a good thing it's contact dermatitis instead of cellulitis or we would have to admit you". 3 days later one of the PA's finally agreed it was indeed infected but rather than keep their word about admittance they began throwing by mouth antibiotics at it (3 rounds). Less than 48 hours after I saw Dr. Hadad where he made the statements listed above about everything looking great etc I had to be admitted at my local hospital for a severe cellulitic infection growing up my abdomen. That night after a CT was done a 20cm mass was found above the incision, encompassing 80% of the entire incision. I was admitted for 8 days while fighting for my life from an infection that 100% could have been avoided had he and his team taken my concerns seriously and followed the standard practice for cellulitic infections. I've had 2 additional surgeries to re-open the incision and drain/irrigate the 20cm mass created by this teams negligence. I was just admitted a 2nd time just 10 days after leaving because the infection STILL isn't under control and that's why the 2nd procedure was done today to re-open it again. I've been on IV antibiotics since my first admission on June 7th and was sent home with a PICC line to continue administering them myself. I also had to have a wound vac attached to suck the infection away so the massive opening caused by the infected mass (seroma) can begin to heal up and close. I have to go to the wound Care clinic 3 times a week to have the wound vac changed and also once a week to the infectious disease Dr's office to have the dressing changed on my PICC line. All of this pain and suffering plus financial duress from missing so much work is due to the sheer arrogance and false convictions displayed by this physician and his team. For your own sake please do not let this man or anyone on his team touch you. It could be a lethal decision.
