Choosing to have breast augmentation as I approached my 50th birthday was a big decision, and I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Vitenas and his incredible team for this journey. From my very first consultation, Dr. Vitenas made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident. He took the time to understand my goals, answer every question, and guide me through the process with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. His expertise is evident, but what stood out most was how warm, personable, and attentive he was throughout my entire experience. The staff was equally amazing. Every interaction was met with kindness, patience, and encouragement. They made me feel valued and supported every step of the way, from scheduling appointments to post-operative care. I never felt like just another patient—I felt truly cared for. Now, six weeks after surgery, I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr. Vitenas helped me achieve exactly what I envisioned: a natural, beautiful enhancement that fits my body and makes me feel more confident than ever. As I prepare to celebrate my 50th birthday, I feel empowered, refreshed, and grateful for this gift I gave myself. If you’re considering breast augmentation, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Vitenas and his team. Their combination of exceptional skill, professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made this one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

i had such an amazing experience with Dr. Vitenas and his staff with my breast augmentation and lift procedure. i had recently gone through a new lifestyle and weight loss journey, losing close to 100 lbs in a little over a year. my breasts had deflated as a result which, despite overall positive changes in my body, had me feeling very insecure. Dr. Vitenas was very understanding and listened to my concerns, offering his own expert opinions without sugarcoating and kept things very realistic. his results look so natural, which is what i wanted to achieve and he definitely fulfilled that promise. i’m almost 5 weeks post op and i feel fantastic. the follow ups have been wonderful and the surgical team is always responsive when it comes to questions and concerns post op, even after hours. i would definitely recommend Dr. Vitenas to any of my friends seeking a natural transformation!!

I had a consult with Dr.Vitenas back in February or March, I was very excited for it as I’d been waiting for years to get a breast augmentation. I also inquired about a surgery on my ears (otoplasty), as I had stretched my lobe to about 2 inches during my teens. My experience with the patient coordinators/assistants were alright, not incredibly welcoming or friendly, but they did their jobs and they were nice. Moving on to my experience with Dr. Vitenas, he entered the room, conducted a brief examination of my chest, and asked me if I had any questions; this is my first consult ever.. so of course I didn’t really know what to ask, I wish he had been more informative. Then almost immediately brought me into a separate room to try on implants, where it felt like I had an audience because it was me, Dr.Vitenas, his assistant, and 2 or 3 other employees of his that were in training I think. That wasn’t very comfortable lol, incredibly awkward actually. I think I tried on two sizes before I decided it was just too awkward to continue. I picked my size and Dr.Vitenas made a comment of “I’m glad you didn’t go any bigger”.. like okay? What if I later decided I wanted to? I didn’t even choose a super big implant, mind you I was a 32 AA cup, and what I chose would’ve put me at a full C cup. Whatever. Maybe if he was more warm/friendly I could overlook that as some friendly feedback.. but he comes off as more of a grumpy old man. Anyways, for the most part I just wanted out of that room with my little audience. He then addressed my earlobes which are stretched (purposefully, to 47mm to be exact) I can’t remember much about what he said about them, it was very brief however what I do remember is asking if I’d have “attached” earlobes, because sometimes that’s common for people with very large stretched lobes who later get surgery to correct them and he responds with “what do you mean? Of course they’ll be attached” I thought maybe he was kidding for a split second.. but no he said it with a straight face.. he was serious 🤦🏻♀️. I felt like I was dumb or something because maybe that’s not a common term.. but I researched it later and no, that is actually the most common term to describe earlobes being attached to the skin under your ear. I tried explaining, I’m not sure if he was understanding me but when I left the room with his assistant to get dressed she clarified that she knew what I meant and that she would let him know. So that entire experience was giving very.. rushed, transactional and superficial. Anyways, I actually put down a deposit with them eventually, mostly because they said the price would go up if I didn’t, but after some more research and thought on how perfunctory my consultation was, I pulled my deposit and chose a different plastic surgeon a couple of weeks later. As a word of advice, you should guide first time patients informatively rather than expecting them to know what to ask, and avoid dismissive or pedantic responses to valid anatomical questions. I expected a top tier experience given the 2019 magazine covers plastered everywhere, and with how incredibly nice their office looks. Unfortunately, the practice really seems to be coasting on past glory.
