First, let me start by saying I’m a 56-year-old male who initially had no idea about the subject of fillers. I had a lot of questions and concerns. After doing as much research as I could online, I went in search of more answers. After attending four different consultations, I left without any real answers and with pretty much the same concerns I had initially started with. It wasn’t until I visited Utopia Spa that everything changed for me, and my eyes were opened to what I was truly looking for. At first, when I saw Abigail, she seemed kind of young, and I worried I was in for another waste-of-time sales pitch. However, the more I talked to her, the more I realized she was exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she also enlightened me on aspects I hadn’t even considered. Without boring you with such a long review, I can only say she is definitely a game-changer and an asset to the Utopia team. I have already completed two procedures with her and am planning to do a third one.

Abby is amazing. I was so scared to get my lips done, I didn't want it to look over done. Abby patiently answered all my questions. She made my lips look so beautiful and natural. She is very gentle with the injectors. I've been back to her multiple times and will be back again. Dr. Rose was also nice when I was squeezed in for a last minute consult, he went over detail by detail for a body contour I'm looking to schedule. Overall the staff is nice here. I was very satisfied with the results of my first Botox injections with nurse Abby (RN). I went in a 2nd time to Utopia Med Spa and asked a more Botox on an area that I could still move a lot and Abby advised how much more units she recommended. It’s been 3 weeks since my 2nd visit and I like the results. Abby also advise for me to open the Alle app to apply discount on my 2nd visit. I did reference back to the cost per unit in my 1st visit and the per unit price went up. This is the only thing I was not apply with.

I had an amazing experience with Abby for my lip injections! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, comfortable, and stress-free. Abby was very professional, by taking the time to explain the process, listen to my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. She started off with numbing my lips with a cream and making sure they were numb before injecting. Abby has very soft hands so I had little to no pain during the injections. I had very little to no swelling after. My lips looked plumped and juicy after, LOVED IT. My results are exactly what I wanted—natural, full lips without looking overdone. I highly recommend Abby to anyone considering lip injections. I'll definitely be coming back for future touch-ups!
