The full post-pregnancy transformation: typically a tummy tuck, breast surgery and liposuction combined in a single procedure.
Abdominoplasty removes loose skin and tightens the abdominal muscles to restore a flat, toned midsection after pregnancy.
Implants or fat transfer restore the volume and shape lost after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
A mastopexy raises and reshapes sagging breasts, often combined with augmentation for fullness.
Targeted fat removal to sculpt the waist, hips, flanks, back and thighs.

Ok, where do I start? Today, May 13th, 2026, marks 15 days since I had my surgery (tummy tuck) here at Mia Aesthetics Houston, TX (I’m a local). I simply cannot describe the level of care, the treatment, the sense of safety and trust—absolutely everything—provided by the entire team (even the doorman! 😅). Corina (Pre-Op): What a lovely, kind, and helpful young woman; she explained everything to me so clearly. The reception staff (Post-Op), Robin (Recovery Room), And the massage therapists, Ari and Ana— Simply spectacular. The Anesthesiologist, The Doctor's team, And, of course, I chose Dr. Sarcia. His confidence, His assurance— He explained everything to me in minute detail, Without rushing, with total calm. It is definitely an amazing team, and that helps so much during those moments of fear and vulnerability... Thank you—infinite thanks—for all your care. See you soon for my 3-month follow-up appointment. God bless you all.

I want to relay honest feedback because surgery can be life changing for some of us. The facility is nice and the girls are nice HOWEVER; you may be sold the body of your dreams but will not indeed get it. I had an in-person consultation, and you never get one with the actual doctor, so you are speaking to an intake rep. instead. They make you "wait a few days" until the dr approves your requests. I waited a few days and was told the dr approved my requests and I was a candidate for surgery. I was excited, paid my down payment and started planning for my surgery...fast forward, I attend my pre-op appointment, and confirmation was given yet again for my surgery. I go into surgery the next morning and the dr comes in and tells me they do not do the surgery I requested at the Houston location because they do not have the equipment. Mind you, this was less than 30 mins going into surgery. Imagine my disappointment. I prepared for MONTHS for this surgery. Mia has got to do better. It's very unprofessional to never see your dr until right before going into the operating room. What's more unprofessional is these intake reps over charging and allowing you to pay so they can make that commission. In the end, we are not valued as a client, we are looked at as commission money. Be careful if you are booking with Mia, this is not the first time this has happened to me with them. The first time was with the Austin location, so this time I was thinking Houston was better but nope, it's how Mia itself runs their program. You do not want to be recovering, fighting to get your funds back, reaching out and no one is replying. Save yourself the frustration. In reality, they are not really cheaper than other places. They advertise Lipo 360 starting off at 3,600 and charge you 7k. Then offer 50% off but only take off 2,100. Just be careful. Be open minded to major disappointment if you book with Mia.

They block my comments so they don't find out that the doctor made a mistake during my operation. On May 9 (2024) I underwent a breast augmentation procedure with Dr. Patiño. From the initial contact, I informed the clinic that I had breast asymmetry, with one breast being larger and presenting ptosis (sagging). After submitting my photos, I was advised that the surgical plan would be determined following an in-person evaluation by the doctor, which was expected to take place a few days prior to the surgery. Five days before the procedure, I contacted the clinic to confirm whether a breast lift would be performed. I was informed that only the doctor could make that determination after evaluating me in person. I traveled one day prior to the surgery for the preoperative examinations with the expectation of this evaluation; however, it did not occur. On the day of the surgery, moments before entering the operating room, the doctor explained the procedure and stated that she did not consider a breast lift to be necessary, despite acknowledging the presence of ptosis. I clearly expressed that I did not want a sagging result and requested that, if a lift was not performed, the incision not be inframammary. Nevertheless, the procedure proceeded without a breast lift. After the surgery, I became aware that different incisions had been made on each breast: one breast was incised both inframammary and periareolar, while the other was incised only periareolarly. Later, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the outcome—including persistent sagging and nipple position—I was informed that an additional breast lift surgery would be required, at an additional cost, and that it would be recommended after one year. I provide this statement so that future patients may have sufficient information to make informed decisions and ensure that a complete evaluation and clearly defined surgical plan are established prior to undergoing a procedure.
