I had been in horrific pain for over 3 weeks! I had called numerous doctors, clinics, etc., but with no success. However, when I spoke to Dr. Lapuerta ‘s staff, they were determined to help me! They got me in straight away! However, the day of my appointment Houston traffic was beyond bad! My GPS also, proved to be very unreliable! I was running so, late that I was very concerned that Dr. Lapuerta was going to cancel my appointment or reschedule it. Most doctors would have, especially, since I was running really, really late! But not Dr. Lapuerta! He saw me in record time! His entire staff was wonderful and Dr. Lapuerta was absolutely amazing! He has a great sense of humor and a wonderful bedside manner! He made me feel at ease and in no time at all my issue was resolved, my pain had diminished ( for the first time in over 3 weeks) and I was on my way! Also, he has beautiful offices, thanks to his wife, I was told! If you need a Fantastic Plastic Surgeon, you have found the perfect one! Dr. Lapuerta and his entire staff go above and beyond to ensure their patients get the excellent care, they deserve! I have had 12 surgeries some elective and some not. So, I feel like I have had enough doctors to make a sound decision. Dr. Lapuerta definitely gets my vote! If I could, I would happily give Dr. Lapuerta and his staff more than 5 stars! I highly recommend Dr. Lapuerta!
