I want to highly recommend Dr. Payne and all of his staff — they are truly incredible. Dr. Payne helped me by listening carefully and explaining exactly how the surgery would go, which reassured me that everything would be fine. My biggest fear was the general anesthesia, since I had never been under before, and he helped me stay calm by walking me through the entire process. The nurses at the hospital were exceptional and incredibly kind. Jennifer was especially helpful, and everyone who works with Dr. Payne showed such professionalism and compassion. I truly admire the great work they do and would recommend Dr. Payne and his team to anyone. I am so thankful for them. I’ve regained a lot of confidence and am very happy with my results. I am now three months post‑surgery, and everything has gone wonderfully. I am forever grateful to him. No Payne, no gain♥️

Our baby was born with slightly deformed ears and our pediatrician recommended Dr. Payne’s office and we couldn’t be more happy we came to them. Jennie handled our guy’s ears with care, attention and detail, and we’re so glad we didn’t just brush his ears off and had earwells put on to correct them. 10/10!
