I had an amazing experience at Asia Pacific Aesthetics! The entire staff is excellent and truly customer-oriented. Everyone from the receptionists to the surgical consultants and nurses was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Dr. Ching’s reputation is well-earned. From our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands—his expertise and knowledge are matched by the fact that he is a wonderful listener. I have been going to Asia Pacific Aesthetics for almost 3 years and I’ve been seeing Brittney for my Botox and Lip Filler. She’s always been so sweet and amazing to me with my millions of questions. Unfortunately, I’m moving from Hawaii so I won’t be seeing her anymore and I wish I could take her with me! I had my last appointment with her earlier this week and got Botox and Sculptra. Absolutely the best experience and she is so gentle. Brittney, thank you for everything and I hope to come back to Hawaii to get pampered by you again!

Rita was absolutely amazing and so professional. She clearly knows exactly what she’s doing, and from the moment I met her, I had zero hesitation. She’s also incredibly beautiful, which made the whole experience even more comforting. Olivia, her assistant, was so accommodating and helpful when I was inquiring about their services. At one point I even got cold feet and thought about canceling, but I’m so glad I didn’t. The ambiance of the office and the views were truly indescribable—so calming and luxurious. Parking was also a breeze. I pulled up to valet and it was completely complimentary, which made the whole visit even smoother. I highly recommend Rita and her team to anyone looking for quality care and an exceptional experience.

This was my first surgery ever, and now that I’m one month post-op, I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, my surgical consultant, Kristy, was incredible. She truly held my hand through the entire process and made everything feel smooth and manageable. I tend to be a little anxious by nature, and she consistently made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way. Kristine was amazing with my pre-op and post-op instructions. She took the time to walk me through exactly what to expect before surgery and after. Since I’m very active and exercise regularly, she prepared me for how important recovery and rest would be, so nothing came as a surprise later on. That guidance made a huge difference in how confident and prepared I felt throughout the process. I also want to give a huge thank you to Noel, who referred me here and supported me from the very beginning. She was always so encouraging and kept me informed every step of the way—not just about the surgery itself, but also about the benefits and perks available to me. She made sure I understood programs like Allie, which allowed me to receive discounted Botox and savings on skincare products with each appointment. Having that kind of ongoing support and transparency made the entire experience feel even more positive and rewarding. And of course, Dr. Ching was absolutely the best. He made me feel at ease, answered all of my questions, and delivered results I’m truly happy with. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Ching and his entire team to anyone considering surgery.
