Love Dr Tan and her team! She has done an excellent job for my Botox! She listened to what goals I had and helped me achieve exactly what I wanted. Her injections are almost painless- I hardly notice them while I’m chatting with her! She is friendly, personable, and easy to communicate with. Her office staff is also wonderful- easy to book appointments via phone or text. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism! The office is clean and her treatment chairs are so comfy! I look forward to coming again!

Dr. Tan is an incredible surgeon and I cannot recommend her enough. I broke my nose and after an endless loop of appointments with other physicians going nowhere, a family friend recommended Dr. Tan. She got me in same-day when I called for a consultation and from the start she was diligent and kind. She was honest with treatment options and made sure I was comfortable in the weeks leading up to surgery. Post-surgery she followed up regularly and answered all my questions quickly. I mainly needed functional fixes but because she’s an ENT and Plastic Surgeon, she made sure the cosmetic aspect was not overlooked which I truly appreciated. Nearly 8 months post-op, everything works and looks great. So grateful for her!

I had a few consultations before deciding that Dr Tan was the Dr for me. She listened and understood what I wanted and her process is very detail oriented. She showed me plenty of photos and explained what I could realistically achieve. Once I decided that I wanted her to perform my procedure I received a lot of detailed information and guidance. I knew what was going to happen, what I needed to do to prepare before, how the procedure itself would unfold and what my recovery would be like. On the day itself I showed up at the surgical center and everything unfolded very smoothly. The anaesthesiologist who Dr Tan works with regularly came and introduced himself to me and explained what would happen. Upon waking up, Dr Tan came by to check on me and then I was cleared to go home. Follow up visits with Dr Tan at her office were frequent as she likes to keep a close eye on your recovery. Everything went very well and I am 4 weeks out as I write this and the healing is going exactly as it should. I will have another follow up with Dr Tan soon. I have been very happy with the treatment and care that I have received and would highly recommend Dr Tan if you are planning to have any facial procedures done. She is a highly skilled and specialised surgeon and I could not be happier with my facial rejuvenation! Will try to update this as my recovery continues.

A year ago I had a septoplasty done by my previous ENT surgeon which ultimately left me botched, with a saddle nose deformity and my breathing worse than it was before. Searching for a new surgeon to help me, I came across Dr. Tan and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and open to hearing my concerns. I had a septo-rhinoplasty with a blepharoplasty done with her and the results have been so much more than I could’ve imagined. I can breathe better and my confidence has improved, and the process has been so both physically & emotionally healing. She has been very helpful every step of the way. I have recommended a few other of my family and friends to her and they also have nothing but positive things to say. :)
