I saw Dr. Lorenzo for overdue colonoscopy screening but upon reporting worsening reflux the past 7 years (long-standing issue for over 2 decades) he also recommended an endoscopy. Both were performed on the same day which I appreciated since anesthesia is utilized. Based on the results (hiatal hernia) and my attempts to control reflux with OTC meds for many years; we decided to go the surgical route. Dr. Lorenzo performed fundoplication surgery. With a couple of pre-surgical consults, surgery was performed successfully. The results have astounded me! I no longer have reflux and haven’t had to take any medication for it for months now, but it also addressed sleep apnea and chronic sinusitis, which Dr. Lorenzo mentioned before surgery could be connected. He has provided excellent follow-up as well. This has included terrific advice and information on lifestyle and dietary changes that will help me sustain my progress. I appreciate his comprehensive care, terrific manner with patients and dedication to full recovery. I strongly recommend him for your GI care, including any necessary surgeries.

So professional from the time I arrived! I admit I was nervous, but the staffs professionalism put me at ease right away. They answered any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Lorenzo was friendly and also took time to answer whatever questions I had and explained what would happen during the procedure, and what would happen after if they found anything. Even after the procedure, they didn’t just dump me outside, they patiently waited til I got dressed, went to the bathroom, then had me sit to wait for my ride. (I was still a bit woozy from the anesthesia)Then someone walked me down to the pick up area. I felt safe. Thank you for a comfortable experience!

Having a colonoscopy is no fun, but this place really goes above and beyond in making you feel comfortable. Everyone was so nice from start to finish. They gave me warm blankets beforehand and tea afterwards. They are like a well oiled machine there. I was in and out in two hours. It honestly could not have gone any better considering it was a colonoscopy. Dr. Lorenzo is great—very knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Cedric Lorenzo is terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in receiving my second time colonoscopy. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommended.

Awful excellent experience. This is the second time I’ve been trying to go to the doctor. They moved offices ale the secretary gave me the wrong address. Twice. The first time, I showed up to the wrong place because of this and she told me I had to wait another month for a visit. I waited. Today was supposed to be the right one, but she gave me wrong instructions again and my uber driver and I kept spinning around trying to find the place. The secretary called me again to cancel the appointment and tell me that they would refer me back to my primary caretaker and won’t see me again. I’ve been paying Ubers and driving around twice for nothing. And I’m still sick. I asked her if I could do a telehealth visit instead as I was still lost, and she refused (while they offer this service and it was offered to me previously + I was still in time for it). I told her I really need to see the doctor. And she hung up on me. This is honestly shameful for what’s supposed to be a care for patients. Run away.
