He is a true artist who takes his time, values natural beauty, and offers honest recommendations tailored to your best interests. I had very saggy DD breasts after breastfeeding two kids (both for over a year). I was proud of being able to do that, but once the milk was gone, my breasts looked deflated and sad. I’ve followed Dr. Phan’s work for years and always admired the natural, elegant results he creates. I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. Unlike some doctors who prioritize profits over patient care, Dr. Phan has strong values. He won’t perform procedures that don’t benefit the patient or have lasting effects. My skin was very thin, and I’ve had large breasts since middle school and breastfed, so Dr. Phan explained that implants would be tough on my body. Instead, he recommended an anchor breast lift with fat transfer. It was the best decision ever. I finally have the full C-cup I’ve always dreamed of: perky, youthful, and perfect for exercise, as well as the clothes I’ve wanted to wear for years. The fat transfer was a bonus because I got lipo on my hips and inner thighs, problem areas that started after my first pregnancy. I also had the Pixel laser treatment for my hormonal acne and dull skin. Nothing else (not even facials) helped, but this gave me glowing, refreshed skin. Now, one month into recovery, I feel overjoyed. My results are beyond what I imagined, better than I could have ever hoped for. My breasts are the best they’ve ever looked, my thighs no longer rub together, and I can actually see the difference in my hips. I even wore a backless dress for the first time in my life, and I felt sexy, beautiful, and strong! Recovery was much easier than I expected. With a 2- and 4-year-old, I was nervous, but by two weeks, I was moving around and back to regular life (still being careful, of course). Dr. Phan performed my tummy tuck and I couldn’t be happier. From scheduling to surgery, Dr. Phan and his staff were amazing. Even at 5 weeks out, I see my desired results and am more than pleased with how thin my scar is. This is the surgeon you want on oahu. He’s a double board certified plastic surgeon and his results speak for themselves. Initially, I almost went with another Plastic surgeon who has about a million followers on Instagram but after reading patient experiences on RealSelf, his surgeries often have requests for revisions and leave patients unhappy. This is NOT the case with Dr. Phan and although his social media is smaller, he’s probably the best plastic surgeon on island and im so glad I went with him for such a big surgery.

I just had my third procedure with Dr. Bao Phan, and once again, the experience was outstanding. His precision and gentle approach result in minimal pain, zero bruising, and almost no downtime — it’s truly unbelievable how smooth recovery has been every time. Dr. Phan clearly takes great care to avoid unnecessary trauma, and it shows in both the healing process and the final results. I had a breast reduction with Dr. Phan early this year, a procedure I had wanted for literally 20 years. I am so incredibly grateful I chose him as my surgeon, he has a calm presence that you can tell comes with decades of experience and answered all my questions pre surgery. His whole team was so kind and he was super available to me post surgery as well, which I know isn’t always the case with surgeons. His office and surgery room is beautiful and light, so much better than a hospital! Overall this has been one of the best most life changing choices for my self confidence and I’m so grateful I decided to have Dr. Phan to create it.

The staff is amazing and so is Dr. Phan! I had a breast reduction and I went from a triple d to a big c/small d. I had a great experience and definitely recommend him! Since I had been experiencing back and neck pain for so many years, Dr. Phan actually accepted my insurance and thankfully it was approved. A risk from doing breast reductions is losing some sensation or all sensation in your nipples and he made sure to go over all the risks and everything with me. Thankfully I still have feeling I healed wonderfully. I am so happy with the work he did and so grateful for the whole process and everything. If you want a breast reduction, definitely go to him! He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier!
