Dr. Melanie Zahner is an excellent doctor and extremely knowledgeable, keeping current with medicine. She has so much expertise and is so down to earth when talking to you. She makes you feel like you are her only patient and takes time to address your needs. Great clinic and staff.

The office reception staff is always so friendly and informative. They get the necessary patient info quickly and let you know the insurance coverage. Excellent! The clinical staff member that took care of me prior to physician coming in was again, so friendly and informative. Answered all my questions. Dr. Zahner, is always so nice, quick, answers all questions and give all the necessary info before and after procedures. The entire office is top notch in all the do!

Have been going to this practice for years. Dr Zahner is approachable, knowledgeable and a good-listener. She encourages the patient to be involved with care decisions. Staff explains billing in advance and responses are quick with any follow-up questions. For the most recent appointment, I only waited a brief time in waiting room before called into exam room. Highly recommend.

Dr. Zahner does a great job of explaining what the problem is and proposed treatment. She is open to questions and answers them in a way that is understandable. She really has a great bedside manor in making the patient feel comfortable.
