LUX ~ A Medical Spa

I had a wonderful experience at Lux Medical Spa last week. I’m new to aesthetic treatments, and Danielle made the entire process feel comfortable and approachable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured into services I didn’t need. I truly appreciated her professionalism and honesty. Danielle did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend her and Lux Medical Spa to anyone considering treatments, especially if you’re new to this type of service.

Christine was extremely professional and put me at ease immediately. It was my first chemical peel and I was a little anxious. She was very reassuring and explained in great detail every step as she was doing it. She also let me know what to expect and provided plenty of info about the post peel process and I hope that the result will be wonderful.

I am very low maintenance and frugal so rarely treat myself to any beauty procedure, so this was a special treat to pamper myself. Danielle did my hydrofacial and I couldn’t be happier with how professional and friendly she is, making me feel comfortable the entire time. At the end of the facial my skin looked smooth and radiant, definitely long overdue! While there I figured I should try Dysport, as I’m in my late 40s now and definitely see my skin aging a bit. Elizabeth was very informative about Dysport/Botox and what to expect. The procedure was quick and easy. I’m looking forward to seeing the results in a couple days. I definitely recommend LUX… after my experience I might make this a more regular routine.

Best facial experience ever! Olivia was wonderful and my skin looks fabulous. She explained everything that was a part of the HydraFacial. I’ll definitely come back again!
