Words can’t express how I feel about the care I received with Dr Herman. The professionalism, expertise, overall focus on patient satisfaction and safety was on point from day one. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease with an office. I had a panniculectomy and my overall results are amazing. The compliments I get when I show my scars on how beautiful they are healing and how precise they are just make me feel that I chose the right surgeon for the job. I was a bit nervous at my first consult but left with confidence and the knowledge that I would be in great hands, I was not disappointed. Kudos to all in the office from the receptionists, surgical coordinator. nurses, PA and of course Dr Herman for your dedication to your patients I for one am very grateful and would recommend your team 100% without hesitation.

If you are a queer person in need of a surgeon for any reason, I highly recommend Dr. Herman. I couldn't have asked for a better experience leading up to, during, and after my procedure. Every time I went to the office I was treated with respect and kindness from everyone there; it's hard to describe, but when you're queer, you can sometimes sense when people honor your existence and needs, instead of simply tolerating. This place is the former, which was really nice to consistently come back to. After my procedure, they got even more hands-on and made my first month post-op an absolute breeze. I don't think the healing/scarring would look nearly as good as it does, without the comprehensive, hands-on treatment I got from Dr. Herman and his staff. Before starting this, I was certain the outcome would be more complicated, and take much longer. But thanks to Dr. Herman I got the best results I could have asked for, minimal scarring, and a safe place to recover.

A 10/10 experience! Dr. Herman is super kind and his work is fantastic! Also his team of nurses and receptionists are all so sweet and absolutely caring :) From setting up my first appointment to meeting Dr. Herman plus the rest of his team to Debbie with insurance to getting my surgery they all made me feel so very comfortable. Everyone has been super duper sweet, helpful, caring and makes things so easy and comfy :) A huge thank you to Dr. Herman for his beautiful work and kindness and also a huge thank you to his lovely team of nurses and receptionists!! I recently had double incision without nipple grafts performed by Dr. Herman and I had a wonderful experience throughout! Although I am not fully healed as of yet, I could not be happier with my results so far. Everyone on Dr. Herman's team was kind, knowledgable, and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed as well as supporting documents for my job. There's a lot of good communication, and I always felt that I could ask more questions or come in for another appointment if I needed to. My surgery date was scheduled very quickly, and every part of the process went smoothly. I am really excited to see how my chest continues to heal, and I definitely reccomend anyone interested in top surgery consider Dr. Herman as a surgeon.
