Joelle and Nicole are the absolute best! I have been seeing both Joelle for skin treatments and Nicole for injections and Moxi for a couple years now and I can see what a significant difference in my skin texture, the glow, and just overall youth with Botox maintenance. I’ve tried most of the facials and peels and Joelle is always so great at guiding me to the right treatment. Nicole gives such a subtle, natural but youthful look, both ladies are so talented. Also, the front desk when you check in, Amy, she is the sweetest and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing her, too. I highly recommend this place especially Nicole and Joelle!

When we moved to Grand Rapids a few years ago I looked at several places to have skin treatments. I had booked an appointment with Joelle and had some questions. She impressed me initially with how thorough she answered my questions, really making sure all of my concerns were addressed, and she was incredibly patient and kind in doing so. I’ve continued to be impressed (and super happy!) with how she has helped my skin through the VI peel and microneedling treatments. She is a very talented aesthetician and I feel really lucky to have found her.

I cannot say enough good things about SkinCeuticals SkinLab in Breton Village. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and safe. Nicole and Brian handle my injections, and their level of skill is honestly exceptional — after two years of treatment, I’ve never once needed to come back for touch-ups, which speaks volumes about their precision and expertise. Erica does my facials and she is just as incredible — warm, attentive, and truly gifted at what she does. My skin always leaves glowing and refreshed. The clinic itself feels extremely professional, established, and medically sound, which is something I value a lot when it comes to aesthetic treatments. I also really appreciate that they don’t accept tips for Botox or injectables — that level of professionalism and ethical standard is exactly what you want in a med spa. SkinLab has earned my trust completely, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Nicole is an amazing injectionist; have gone to her for years. Suggests natural appearing treatments that compliment, not change, your face. She is always up to date on trends and practice-changing techniques. I would recommend.
