Warm and welcoming staff. The campus is state of the art and up to date as of the appearance of the facility. The nurse’s took great care of me and made me feel relaxed throughout my procedure. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone having outpatient surgery.

Grand Valley Surgical Center was a very warm, hospitable, and caring location to use for my recent surgery. Walking through the door was awe inspiring. What a nice environment to get started; eye pleasing, new and contemporary looking, wide open reception area and waiting area. Reception was quick and easy. Turn time to meet my first nurse was spot on. She was a very friendly and efficient person, great attitude! put me right at ease. She got me all prepped, explained everything, and covered me with two warm blankets. The surgery nurse followed right in the same caring manner as did the Anesthesiologist. My doctor stepped in and went over everything, and I was wheeled into surgery. The surgery room was modern and bright. The surgery team members were a pleasure to talk to in the short time I was awake, loved the music. Granted my surgery was not too invasive or difficult compared to sum, but it was intricate. Post Op nurse continued in the same efficient, caring and friendly manner. Thanks to the whole GVSC team.

Excellent staff throughout the facility. Timely and professional starting at the front desk+++. Team made me feel at ease. Wonderful job communicating before and after the procedure, making sure I understood what was happening, asking me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns. Did a great job explaining results to my wife as I was recovering from anesthesia. Highly recommend this facility for your surgical needs.

I was very nervous about my surgery, but not once did I feel judged for it. I felt truly cared for by the nurses and staff. They were gentle, attentive, and informative. They truly surpassed any expectations that I had. Thanks GVSC!

From the time I walked in the front door to the time I walked out EVERYONE and EVERYTHING was excellent. My pre-op nurse was wonderful, she was friendly, caring, professional and fantastic with my IV incursion. My post-op nurse also was wonderful, very friendly, caring and professional. As for my doctor (Dr. Bajric) she is the best. Such a wonderful person, she is friendly, caring, professional, very easy to talk with and totally amazing. It is very hard to find a physician with fantastic skills along with a great bedside manner, and she has both, She is fantastic. My anesthesiologist was also wonderful. He was friendly, caring, professional and made me feel very comfortable and very safe. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRAND VALLEY SURGICAL CENTER for any of your medical needs. It is a very clean, comfortable facility, great location, great technology and great people. Thank you GVSC for making my experience a safe and very comfortable visit.
