Dr. Cullen is quite impressive, checking every box for the perfect patient positive experience (and I’ve treated patients the last 35 yrs)! His demeanor is pleasant, tranquil and happy. He listens intently moving through consultation. It is immediately obvious that he cares about his patients’ concerns and needs, and very clear that this surgeon has impeccable knowledge and skill!
