Dr Gialdo and his staff are excellent. I highly recommend his practice. They treated my venous insufficiency with a 2-step approach. Hayden discovered my condition with an ultrasound. He answered my numerous questions regarding his findings and how it could be treated. Once I made the decision to have treatments, Simone answered my numerous questions regarding what to expect since she had received the same treatments. I appreciated her openness and honesty. She contacted my insurance company and provided me with details regarding coverage as well as my out of pocket amounts. Claudia assisted me at each appointment checking me in, receiving my payment and taking my vitals prior to the treatments. Mailin was the nurse who preppped me and assisted with the treatments. Her calmness helped me be calm. Jeremy and Dr Giraldo performed my 5 treatments in their office. Again, I highly recommend this practice for their expertise, professionalism and care.
