I drove here from Madera For my procedure and the whole staff was so kind And so very professional. I had to wait a little bit to be seen, but it was well worth it. My wife and I both were smiling when we left.

My first time at Pristine Surgery Center and I was pleased. There was a little wait time, but the staff from the beginning to the end were very nice, helpful and supportive. Once I was taken to begin prep for surgery, everyone was organized which made for a smooth process.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but when it comes to the quality of medicine/care for those who need it, I think the feedback is worthwhile. There were multiple incidents with my one experience; each on its own could have a reasonable explanation, but the culmination is beyond understanding. First: they gave my mom the wrong instructions before her procedure. I was there for the calls; they gave her different prep instructions on different days, less than 48 hours before her surgery. Second: they were 3 hours late to her procedure. Keep in mind this is for an individual who has had to fast for over 24 hours. Third: they did NOT keep us (her ride) apprised of her status. WE had to call in to ask where our mother was over 2 hours after dropping her off for a “quick” procedure; we were then told that we would be called 40 minutes before she’d need to be picked up, only to be called suddenly and told we (30 minutes away) had to pick her up now. Fourth: when we raced over to pick her up, the doors were locked. The interaction with the staff member popping her head out the locked door, saying parking instructions at us from a distance, would be comical if I wasn’t already so upset. A customary “sorry for the miscommunication” at the end of the day doesn’t cover it. I have the highest regard for individuals in the medical profession, but, I cannot respect the level of care (or lack thereof) I’ve witnessed. I truly hoped this was a one-off because bedside manner should never be this bad, but it looks like other people have had similar experiences. Low stars for miscommunication and lack of professionalism.

Support staff at location were vert kind and attentive. The Dr at this office was completely unprofessional. If you are going to make your patients who have not had solid food for 72 hours wait 4 hours past appointment time before you decide to show up, you should, at the very least, apologize. Then, after the procedure, you had staff hand me an appointment card for a month later, and give me the diagnosis. I was not given an opportunity to ask any questions, proving a lack of concern for your patients and a very mediocre work ethic. Future appointment canceled.

So disappointed In this facility I would not recommend this place at all! This place needs to improve either on their scheduling practices or the doctor/surgeon seriously needs to improve on knowing his surgical times. My husbands appointment was for 2 pm and it wasn’t until 6 pm that the procedure was started. This long of a wait is totally unacceptable, especially when you have to fast for 48 hours and absolutely nothing to drink the day of the procedure, I can’t wrap my head around this place thinking that it’s ok to treat people like this. (I can’t imagine any elderly people coming here) Luckily there was a patient that was ahead of my husband that walked out or he would have not been seen until 7pm. The RN and other supporting staff was nice, we felt bad for them because they want to go home on time, it’s not fair to them either. Who ever is in charge of running this facility is failing and doesn’t care or respect peoples time including their employees.
