I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Mayo. She has such a great heart and truly takes the time to listen to you. Both her and her nurse are AWESOME. Even when I had an appointment not to long after loosing my mom just 3 months prior to that. They were really caring. I just went this week and both of them remembered me and what happened with my mom. It made me feel really good. They truly care about their patients. I wish I could have found them sooner. Thank you Dr. Mayo and thank you to your nurse also. ❤️❤️

Excellent care from a highly professional staff! They have so many good systems in place. There is such a serene atmosphere in the office that is very reassuring to patients. I never feel rushed and the doctors spend as much time as needed and give thorough answers to questions. The good advice and instructions I have received have made great improvements for me. The office is easy to find and get to. Parking garage with validated parking is a big plus! 01/18/2025 New name but same great care! Preregistration feature is such a plus for patients!

Inspire Dermatology was by far the best experience in a medical facility I’ve ever had. I have been dealing with my basal cell carcinoma for years. I left two other dermatologists because they had zero compassion and for some reason wanted to charge three times more for the same procedure. In fact Fresno Dermatology & Skin Cancer (6181 N Thesta St Suite #104, Fresno, CA 93710) was a particularly greedy and dangerously incompetent establishment that would make you put your credit card on file before seeing the doctor. Then when asked if I could make payments I was told our “company” doesn't allow that. They treat it like a business and not a medical service. They tried to bill me $30.00 just to transfer my records to Inspire. Trust me, if you are sick of being treated like cattle please choose Inspire. It’s like being welcomed into a family. Also Doc asked me what I wanted to listen to, and played Bob Dylan for me while he performed the surgery. What a charming titan of humanity and honer!

Was referred to Dr. Simpson and scheduled for May 23, about a month out. I received a call today and was told that they need to reschedule, and the soonest appointment was in October. They said I could reschedule with a Physician Assistant. I requested to see a doctor, and the receptionist checked for another one who was not available until the end of July. I asked if it was always like this with appointments so far out. She said it depends. I asked if I had already established care with them and if appointments would be this far out, and was told it depends. So they did nothing to reassure me, and acted like this is business as usual. I decline to reschedule with them as I do not want a provider I cannot get in to see for months, and they cancel with days before appointments.

Dr. Simpson is great. I have not had any problems with this place until a few weeks before my scheduled appointment in January. I received a letter in the mail saying that my appointment was rescheduled to March. Nobody called me to ask if the new date would work. Then I received a letter saying that the appointment would be rescheduled for April. Once again, nobody called me. I have now received a new letter saying that the appointment is rescheduled for July. I made the appointment a year in advanced and it has been rescheduled for half a year. What's worse is that when I called in, the person who answered made it seem like it was my fault for not being able to show up the next day for a cancelation. They also refused to extend prescriptions past the original appointment. When they reschedule an appointment, they should make an effort to reschedule it for the near future.
