I had neck surgery recently and the pre-op teamvery professional, polite and very kind. Matt the nurse who took me in to surgery roo. Had the best smile and made me feel at ease. Thank you sooo much Matt. This was my first surgery ever. Anna the anesthesiologist also eased my heart because I was very nervous. I asked her if I could pray with her so that God would guide her through surgery and she said this to me" I've seen your chart last night and I've been praying for you." That calmed my heart. Thank you Anna. Thank you all for a great experience. Thank you Brianna, Arturo and Maria for doing your job with excellence. Thank you once again. ♡

Dr. Miranda Lewis, MD is an exceptional physician who combines Brilliant diagnostic skills with genuine compassion. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain her rationale, and involved me in every decision. She follows up promptly and genuinely cares about her patients ‘ long-term health. I trust her completely. “ more Doctor's at CRMC ER could definitely learn some things from her and that’s without saying.

I had the best experience in the Labor and Delivery. The doctors and especially the nurses were so amazing and attentive. Everyone kept us well informed and overall the care was amazing. The food was great but that’s a personal opinion and preference of the person. I had no issues with my stay here after having my baby. I want to especially thank Doua, who was my night nurse for a few nights. I appreciate everything she did to make my stay as comfortable as possible! Thank you Doua!!!! -the Aguilars

Worst hospital ever! The nurses and Dr's for some reason didnt catch that my dad had a stroke while in their care. It took for me to see a video that my sister shared to notice it and I had my sister tell the nurse immediately! To which the nurse replied, that's how my dad came in lol. Absolutely not! After running tests, they discovered that my dad had three minor strokes. When he was first admitted he had to wait in the hallway for 4 days. They wouldn't allow visitors because they said there was nowhere for visitors to wait since he was waiting in the hallway. By the time he got his room four days later, we finally got to visit him.He was in so much pain.He would moan nonstop. My dad was blind, non mobile and he couldn't speak. They wrapped up his arm so tight. There was no blood flow. And it was all bruisedd, I had to loosen the wrap and what time a few minutes? The swelling started to go down. We then checked his diaper, and of course, he probably wasn't changed from the day he was admitted. He had feces that was dried and caked up. His private area was raw and bleeding. We were so upset. This was our dad! The level of compassion and care here is non existent. I was so annoyed when the supervisor came in and asked us questions, he should have asked the nurses. Like, what type of medication was given to my dad. When did he have dialysis. Did he get blood work done. I was so baffled by the supervisor. He was so improfessional. They need some serious training.

Was admitted to the ER to get a basic check up due to psychiatric concerns regarding a medication that amplified the effects past lived experiences had on my ability to compartmentalize negative emotions that led to a situational collapse. The physicians administered a drug without informing me, causing me to fail an exam at my medical school the day after. I still feel betrayed by the hospital attempting to hide the fearful reality I had to live through afterwards. I trust we will be compensated for the distance this caused between us, as well as the expenses we face as a result of a wasted school year. The advocate and police officer was very supportive, warm, charismatic and attentive to my concerns. I sincerely appreciated them for their ability to attentively care for me during this time in my life, as well as trust what their role Is in elucidating the truth, to correct my school, physicians, and former partner for any misunderstandings.
