This has been the best experience I could ever imagine having with my health care. The TEAM at Central Valley Breast Care, from the front desk to the back office has been so professional, warm, and kind. Every time!!!! Communication is prompt and consistent. You walk in the door feeling anxious but leave feeling comforted and supported. I am forever grateful!🙏🏽

Central Valley Breast Care is simply amazing beyond what words can even express! The care, support, love, and prayers I have received in my cancer journey, have elevated my ability to fight such a beautiful fight to become three years cancer free! The staff is incredible and I cannot describe the laughter we have shared at every visit because I am an aspiring comedian...lol. I love each of them for all they have been and given over the last 4 years of my life and battle. They STAY on the front lines helping you fight, stay healthy, think positive, and feel the best you can as you maneuver each part of the journey. I could not have done it without each of them. Love you Golden Girls!

Everyone at Central Valley Breast Care were helpful, caring and compassionate. Dr. Chang is knowledgeable and is very caring. No one wants to hear they have breast cancer but knowing there is a place like CVBC to help get you through this journey was a blessing for me.

Went in an hour early to fill out paperwork because I didn't know if the paperwork I filled out online went through since their site is so broken. The front staff left my driver's license face up with people coming and going and you can clearly see all my information: address, date of birth, etc. I had to reach over and turn it over and tell the staff that they shouldn't leave my ID face up while other people are coming and going at the front desk and can see all my personal information. In the paperwork, there's no decline to not take a facial photograph. They tried talking me into signing the consent and I told them no. I had to physically write that I declined to have my photograph taken under any circumstance. The explainations from the staff as to why I should sign the consent form were completely unrelatable to the reason why I was there. There should have been more understanding instead of convincing. The staff told me that if I decline my facial photograph that I'll have to show ID every time I come in. Then I'll show my ID every time I come in. It's not that big of a deal. I didn't understand the push for that. You don't require a photograph of my face to see me for an appointment. You already took a copy of my ID, my picture is right on there. Waited another hour before the Nurse Practitioner saw me (2 hours waiting in total). After explaining my situation to the Nurse Practitioner, I was told to: take Advil/Tylenol, reduce caffeine, dairy, sodium, processed foods, use hot/ice packs, the usual for pain. I explained that due to my health and gallbladder removal, I've all but cut all of that out of my diet and lost a lot of weight for a healthier lifestyle. She repeated herself 3 times about what I need to reduce and I already told her that I didn't drink coffee, I rarely ate/drank dairy, I can't even eat processed high sodium foods without major issues and she just kept talking about it and I had to sit there and repeat myself again and again giving her the same answers telling her I've already tried that or cut it out of my diet years ago. Then she made the assumption that I was looking for pain meds because Tylenol and Advil didn't work for my pain! I wasn't there for pain relief, I was there for answers! I didn't once, not once bring up or mention that I was looking for or seeking pain relief. I kept asking questions about what could cause this kind of pain for 8 months straight. I couldn't believe she would assume that I was there for narcotics. The Nurse Practitioner gave me every homeopathic, over the counter answer of all the things that I already did for the last 8 months to take care of my pain. Why do you think I'm here?!?! If any of those things worked, I wouldn't be in your office! I feel unheard, I feel frustrated, I was irritated at the repetition of questions and answers, I was worried my ID was out and there was no care for my personal affects or privacy and I didn't know how long it had been sitting there out in the open. Multiple people came in and went to the front desk by then. Point is, if you can't help me, just say so. Be upfront and just say there's nothing further you can do but follow up with me at a later date. Don't waste my time by asking me the same questions I just answered twice before. Wowee! I can't wait for that $500 charge on my insurance to have someone tell me what I already know and have already done. I'm glad to see that everyone else here in the reviews has had great experiences, but unfortunately my experience was not.
