I always have had an excellent experience with Dr. Boswell. I have been a patient for over 10 years. I undergo skin examinations every six months, and he consistently takes the time to thoroughly explain all available treatment options while ensuring I understand the benefits and potential drawbacks of each. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and patient, making every visit informative and reassuring. I highly recommend his care and expertise.

From the minute I walked in I knew I had finally found a great dermatologist! The staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Boswell was wonderful. A very caring doctor with tons of knowledge and explained everything in great detail. He has a sense of humor too,which eases the visit.I felt well taken care of. Wow,a doctor that really listens! Finding a good doctor lately has been so difficult but I know now Ive finally found the right dermatologist. Thank you Dr. Boswell

Can I award 6 STARS? I went in for 8:30 appt. and was promptly seen by Jessica Okley and Golda (sp.?) who are both very pleasant. They initally scheduled me to come back in two weeks for a simple surgical proceedure. However, while I was checking out, Golda has me to wait a sec. while she asks the Surgical Hotshot Dr. Lund if he can do the proceedure Right Now! He consents and 15 absolutly painless minutes later he's got me patched up and out the door. The whole thing took less time than I spend in most Doctor's waiting rooms! Now that's Service. I greatly appreciate their extra effort on my behalf. Ken Lehman

Dr Boswell has a very engaging manner & shows interest in knowing about you. He takes the time to ask how life is going & asks appropriate questions. On his exam of your skin, he explains his findings & addresses concerns & any treatment. I leave thankful he is our dermatologist.

Overall, we honestly found this place to have really poor service. After our second follow-up appointment, things went downhill from there. Already went somewhere else for what we needed. Even the service when I called to cancel our appointment was short and detached of any genuine customer interaction. Didn't bother to ask why or to if we would like to make another appointment and because of that that we will never go back nor recommend this office. So disappointed!
