Dr. Rumalla and his team are truly amazing. I was extremely nervous about having a breast augmentation with lift and a tummy tuck, but choosing him was the best decision I could have made. Not only did he transform my body with minimal scarring, but he also gave me back my confidence, and I feel incredible after surgery. His follow-up care is exceptional and unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. He even comes in on Saturdays to ensure he sees patients right after surgery and personally checks on you at every visit to review his work. If you are searching for an excellent plastic surgeon look no further. I spent hours on the internet researching and reading on I think every one of them in the DFW area. I am so pleased I chose Dr. Rumalla. From the first visit I knew he was the one I wanted to turn my care over to. He spent time listening to what I wanted then gave me a realistic idea of what the outcome would be. I had recently lost around 80lbs and had large amounts of loose skin I wanted to get rid of. He recommended a Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty along with a breast lift and liposuction. I am so glad I followed through with his recommendations. I was really nervous that I would have hideous scars from it all but figured they would be covered and no one would see them anyway. I am now 7 weeks post surgery and am ecstatic of the outcome so far as there is little to no scarring on my breast and the scar from the abdominoplasty is smooth and fading more each day. Results like this on a 65 year old body is a real testament to Dr Rumalla’s expertise. As a footnote I was telling my daughter in law (a Nurse Practitioner) about him coming back to the hospital the night after surgery to walk me down the hall. He came back the next morning to help me into a chair. She has worked at more than one hospital in the metroplex and said that is the sign of a great doctor who cares about his patients because most drs just turn those duties over to the nurses.

I had two procedure at Tarrant County Surgery Center, PA, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very affordable. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and well cared for. The entire staff — including the anesthesia team — were competent, professional, and genuinely kind. They didn’t just treat me like a patient on a schedule; they treated me like a person. They took time to make sure I was comfortable, answered my questions, and eased any anxiety I had. Dr. Rumalla was excellent throughout the entire process. He truly cares about you as a person, not just a case. He thoroughly explained both pre-operative and post-operative instructions so I knew exactly what to expect, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. Overall, my experience at Tarrant County Surgery Center was outstanding. Dr Rumalla is the BEST! In 2008 he placed my implants and fast forward to now in 2025, he did my explant. Both surgeries went well. I am very happy by how my breast look. I have recommended him to my friends and they all have been pleased with him. I’d choose him over and over again. Thank you Dr Rumalla and wonderful staff.
