If you are looking for a doctor that cares and treats you like you are his only patient, Dr. Kurjian is the one to choose. The entire staff goes above and beyond to take care of their patients. Every detail matters. Having the surgical suite in the same location is a huge plus as you feel as if you are the only patient.

I had breast augmentation with silicone implants and an anchor-style breast lift performed by John Kirkjain in Fort Worth on January 21, 2019 after my right saline implant ruptured during a mammogram. The surgery was intended to replace the ruptured implant and improve the overall shape and symmetry of my breasts. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. All photos were taken March 14, 2026. Once the sutures were removed, the scars were very large, jagged, and extended far past the underside of my breasts. My nipples were left uneven in both size and placement, my right breast areola was pulled down into the suture line, and my right breast began bottoming out. When I returned to discuss the outcome, I was told I must have lost significant weight since surgery. When I explained that I had not, I was then told my breasts must have been uneven prior to surgery, which was not the case. He later offered to attempt a revision surgery without charging his fee (hospital costs would still apply), but I declined because I no longer felt comfortable trusting him to operate again. These scars are now over seven years old and still very visible. The experience has affected my confidence and left me very disappointed with the outcome. I still have my operative records, pre-surgery photos, and documentation from the procedure if verification is ever needed. Patients considering surgery should ask many questions and carefully research their surgeon before proceeding.
