I had a phenomenal experience at ZROC Dermatology! From start to finish, the care and professionalism were outstanding. Dr. Zarraga was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how clearly everything was explained. A special shoutout to MA Rasheeda as well, she was warm, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. Her positive attitude and attentiveness really made a difference. I also want to recognize Xavier and Sam at the front desk they were absolutely amazing! They greeted me with a smile, were super helpful, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. The entire team created such a welcoming and efficient environment, and I left feeling confident in my care. I highly recommend ZROC Dermatology to anyone looking for top-notch dermatological services!

Amazing experience at Z Roc. My provider is Alexa, she’s very thorough and takes her time explaining any diagnosis and questions you may have. Alexa is extremely kind and very attentive, provides every option of treatment available and gives an honest opinion of treatments that are painful, treatments that are unnecessary for certain patients, if the cost of a cosmetic procedure is worth its effectiveness. she carefully listens to what patients wants and needs are. Alexa’s medical assistants are super friendly and professional as well as caring. The front office reception is welcoming and well staffed, there’s always someone there to greet patients, answer calls, check patients in to keep the office running smoothly. Very happy with Alexa and the Z Roc dermatology clinic.

I am a retired dentist & a very particular consumer. My first appointment with Dr. Z was great, both informative & comfotable. His assistant, Dinora, was terrific. I needed to return a week later, without an appointment. Once again Dinora made everything super easy for me. The PA, Matt Hendricks, took care of my needs, as if he had all of the time in the world. This practice has it together, and I’d recommend it to everyone!! BRAVO!!

I was referred to Dr Wongkittiroch aka Dr W from a friend and I'm glad he did. After a short wait, I was interviewed with routine questions by Priscilla, who was very personable, professional and has a good sense of humor. Dr. K quickly followed and she performed a thorough exam for any skin abnormalities. She explained what she was seeing as she went along, froze several pre-cancerous spots, told me how best to treat the areas afterwards, while asking several times if we had anything else to tend to. I wasn't rushed and felt comfortable during the exam which is a testament to her professionalism and excellent bedside (exam table) manner. I already referred my friend to her. This was my first visit and I plan on going back again.

Best derm in town hands down run dont walk. Honesty I'm very picky when it comes to doctors and Dr Matthew Zarraga is one of my favorites. Excellent bedside manner, cutting edge science in the field. Sooo smart. Excellent staff. Really wonderful all around love going there. Rashida his PA is also fantastic. You can tell he runs a wonderful workplace and the staff is happy. This is important as it tells you a lot about behind the scenes and how they chose to do business. I tell all my friends. And now I'm telling you. GOOOO
