The whole office has such a friendly, welcoming vibe and everything is super clean and well organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Thomassen is just awesome. He really takes his time with you, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel confident about every step. You never feel rushed or like just another patient. What really stood out to me was how amazing the staff is even after the procedure. I had a few questions during recovery and the response time was almost immediate every single time, whether it was email, phone call, or text. They are truly that attentive and caring. I am only two weeks post surgery and my results are already incredible. I am beyond happy with how everything is healing and how natural everything looks. I can't even begin to say how thrilled I am with my results from Dr. John Michael Thomassen in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Thomassen is absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in the door the office is beautiful and calming without being ostentatious and flashy. He plays soothing music and the rooms are so comfortable. His staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. Dr T is a true craftsman and his demeanor is that of an artist that loves his craft. I went in for a rejuvenation on my eyes. After two revisions for a Blef on my right eye following the initial Procedure. I’m botched! I allowed him to cut me two more times to fix his mistake and now I’m not symmetrical and this doctor is now forcing me to proceed with legal action. Avoid this doctor. He won’t stand behind his work and he lacks professionalism in the office. The worst procedure experience of my life!
