I had my Botox appointment today at Shino Bay and the experience was excellent. The entire team is very kind and welcoming. Dr. Soro was extremely attentive, gentle, and professional throughout the treatment. The facility is beautiful and impeccably clean. I highly recommend them🫠

I can’t recommend Kelly McMahon at Shino Bay enough. I first saw Kelly in 2021 after a referral, and from the very beginning, her eye and technique were exceptional. She has a unique ability to enhance your features in a way that looks natural, balanced, and refreshed—never overdone. A couple of years ago, I made the mistake of going elsewhere due to cost. Despite the provider being reputable, the results were not the same, and over time I started to look less refreshed. When I raised my concerns, I was told to that my prior results were simply due to being younger—which wasn’t accurate, as those photos were only a few years old. Returning to Kelly made all the difference. She immediately recognized what was missing and knew exactly how to restore balance and structure. Her level of expertise, aesthetic judgment, and precision is truly unmatched. Her services are worth the price. I actually had spent more going elsewhere. There is a clear difference between someone who performs treatments and someone who has true artistry—Kelly is the latter. I will not go anywhere else.

Dr Soro is the best of the best! He has such a natural, conservative approach and always makes me look like a better version of myself — never overdone. He truly listens to what I want and makes thoughtful recommendations based on my goals, never pushing unnecessary treatments. Ana, his nurse, is absolutely wonderful as well. I always feel confident that I’m in the best hands.
