I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Low and his entire team from start to finish. Dr. Low made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process, answered all of my questions, and truly listened to what I wanted. I’m so happy with my results and couldn’t be more grateful for how amazing everything turned out. His work exceeded my expectations and I already feel so much more confident. Even after the surgery, he has taken so much time with me, making sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout recovery. That level of care and attention truly meant so much to me. The staff was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. My facelift/necklift along with upper and lower blepharoplasty turned out absolutely beautiful—I feel refreshed, confident, and still completely like myself. I was also so impressed with how reasonable the pricing was compared to other surgeons, especially considering the exceptional quality of care. The included follow-up appointments over the three months after my facelift were a huge plus and showed how committed Dr. Low and Dr. Cheung are to their patients’ results and recovery. And I have to mention the doctors’ skill— absolute experts with suturing! My scars are minimal and healing beautifully. Having the procedure done in the in-office surgical suite was also very convenient and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone considering facial procedures. You will be in the best hands!

I recently underwent a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction and as my plastic surgeon, Dr. Low always took the time to answer every question, explain every step, and truly listened to my concerns and goals. His compassion and professionalism gave me peace of mind during a very vulnerable time. Not to mention, the office staff and nurses are also incredible. They’re always so responsive, caring, and encouraging.

I had both an upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Low on December 4th, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Low took the time to really understand what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely confident moving forward. The results? Absolutely amazing. My eyes look brighter, more refreshed, and completely natural—like the best version of myself. Not overdone, not obvious… just perfect. I still look like me, just more awake and youthful. 10/10 – would do it again in a heartbeat!

Friendly, kind staff across the board. Claudia, surgical coordinator was wonderful! Chantal, surgical nurse was patient and kind to me. My first consultation with Dr Low was great. He is a very good listener. He came across as unbiased and concerned for my health. He never tried to suggest any procedure I would not need. As a matter of fact he went the opposite way. After examination he was very confident I would look fine. And I believe he would have told me otherwise if not. He said a lot of women my age have looser skin but he could tell my skin would bounce back. (I’m a 59 yr old woman with 27 yr old breast implants that needed to be removed along with capsulectomy.)Dr Low called me the nite after my surgery to see how I was doing. . My husband was caring for me and had a question post op and he called Dr Low and Dr Low answered immediately. I’ve had a couple post op appts and have one or two more. I have not been charged for any of my follow up appts. And I can’t believe it, but Dr Low was correct, I look fine! My husband constantly compliments that I look better natural. Not only that, Dr Low said in 6 mos I should look even better. I believe him! Praising God for giving me a favorable outcome! I don’t regret this surgery. I only regret getting the implants long ago. I am still healing. So some minor pain. Thank you Dr Low for taking good care of me!
