I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Kornstein because choosing someone for any cosmetic procedure is such a personal decision. I had a fat transfer and Attiva procedure with him, and I’m currently almost 4 months into my healing journey. What I have appreciated the most about Dr. Kornstein is his honesty, knowledge, and the way he truly takes the time to explain the process. He never overpromises — he educates you and helps you understand what is realistic for your own body. In my case, he explained that my biggest challenge is my skin elasticity, and we are working together to get the best possible natural result. At my follow-up, he listened to all my concerns, including some numbness and tingling I was experiencing, and reassured me by explaining what was happening and how the healing process continues to evolve. As someone who values both science and natural-looking results, I really appreciate a doctor who is detailed, patient, and committed to the outcome — not just the procedure itself. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kornstein and his team. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail that made me feel confident in my decision. Dr. Kornstein performed my breast procedure using an advanced technique, including what he referred to as the “internal bra,” which provided additional support and structure. I truly appreciated how he explained the process and set clear expectations. My recovery has been much smoother than I anticipated. I experienced minimal pain, which speaks to both his surgical skill and the effectiveness of the technique used. Although I am only one month post-surgery and still have some swelling, my results already look beautiful and well-shaped. Even at this early stage, I am very pleased with the outcome and look forward to seeing the final results as the healing process continues. I had a fantastic microneedling treatment with my aesthetician Kelly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so comfortable. My skin already feels smoother and more refreshed and I must add, it was painless! The hostess Emily at the front desk was also so welcoming and professional, which made for a great start to my visit. Overall, a wonderful experience from beginning to end.. highly recommend!

I went to Izzy for Dysport for many areas of my face. I have been using this product for years and always bruise. I didn’t have one bruise on my face! She is very gentle , knowledgeable. I also did the BBL treatment which didn’t hurt at all. They have so many treatments you can do in this spa , I def will be back when I visit the area again.

I had been going to this med spa for years and was always happy with my results until I booked an appointment with their head doctor. I came in for a very simple treatment: 10 units of Botox for my frown lines. I knew exactly what I wanted and had no other concerns or requests. During the appointment, the doctor brought in his assistant and it honestly felt like he was using the consultation to demonstrate how to upsell clients. He repeatedly insisted that I needed more Botox in other areas of my face to “lift my brows” and “open up my eyes.” I clearly said no several times, but the pressure continued, and I could feel irritation from the doctor when I refused additional treatments. What bothered me most was not the suggestion itself, but the uncomfortable sales pressure in a medical setting where clients should feel respected and listened to. Unfortunately, after many years as a loyal customer, that experience made me stop coming here. I’ve since found another doctor who respects my decisions and doesn’t pressure me into unnecessary procedures.
