I recently had a procedure at Zinnia Aesthetics and Anti-Aging Clinic and want to share my experience especially with Dr.Roba. He was highly professional and my appointment started right on time which I appreciate. After the procedure he followed up with me to ensure I was doing well. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Dr.Roba and the clinic to anyone considering similar treatments.

I had radio frequency treatment for skin tightening and got really good results. I’m very happy and grateful to Dr. Roba. It was very gentle understanding and helpful and and also knowledgeable. I would recommend him to him to anybody who is interested in skin tightening or other treatments for that matter.

Went for a consultation for my mom on Melasma. Dr. Roba took his time and explained the efficacy of treatments and side effects. Very honest, helpful, and respectful. He did not push any treatment or product. He came across as very honest. He patiently answered my follow-up questions. Very good price quote for cosmelan peel. Could not recommend more.

I had a great experience with Dr.Roba. I felt comfortable throughout the visit, the services were professional. I was introduced to peptides for the first time as per Dr.Roba’s suggestion. He explained everything clearly and gave me the confidence to get on a peptide stack. Now, I feel healthier and more confident about my well-being after my treatments. I would definitely recommend this practice for all the services he provides.

I had a disappointing and, at times, concerning experience with tumescent liposuction ($5,000 for upper and lower abdomen). During the consultation, he was running late due to a personal emergency, which I understood, but the visit still felt rushed. I did confirm at that time that a compression garment would be included. On the day of the procedure, his assistant arrived about 90 minutes late. During the procedure, I noticed he was not wearing a surgical mask, which concerned me. The numbing agent was significantly more painful than I had anticipated. While I was in discomfort, phone calls were taken during the procedure, which I found distracting and not appropriate under the circumstances. He also commented that he was surprised by the level of discomfort I was experiencing and noted that my tissue seemed more fibrous than expected for my age, which I did not find reassuring. At the end of the procedure, when his nurse asked about the compression garment, he stated that it had not yet been ordered and would need to be placed that evening, with delivery expected several days later. In the meantime, I was sent home in a binder. When the garment arrived on day 3, it provided noticeably better compression than what I had initially been given. I did not receive a follow-up call the next day and reached out myself later that afternoon with concerns about swelling and firmness in certain areas. A follow-up appointment was not proactively scheduled, and I later contacted him again about six weeks post-procedure due to ongoing concerns. A 6-month follow-up was also not offered. For comparison, several months later I had a similar procedure on my thighs with a different provider, and that experience differed significantly in terms of organization, pain level, and post-procedure care. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations for communication, preparation, and follow-up for a procedure of this nature. I am also not satisfied with my final results, which contributed to my overall disappointment.
