This review is overdue. I saw Dr. Jacob Kuperstock after a dog bite resulted in traumatic nasal deformity, soft-tissue volume loss, and a dynamic muscle imbalance that affected my eyelid closure and overall facial movement. He gave me a clear, understandable explanation of the structural changes, the functional impact on my eyelid, and the treatment options available. His evaluation and documentation were the most detailed and genuinely helpful I received, addressing both the medical and aesthetic sides of the injury with care and precision. I had struggled to find meaningful guidance before this, and his expertise and kindness truly stood out.

Dr. Kuperstock was thorough in his explanations and took the time to really listen to me, which I appreciated greatly as a patient. He communicated clearly and concisely, making sure I understood every step of my care. His responsiveness and timely communication made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. I felt heard, informed, and confident in the care I received.

Dr. Kuperstock is an incredibly skilled surgeon that genuinely cares about his patients. His work changed my life, seriously. I would recommend him to anyone.

My son broke his nose right before a family vacation. Dr. Kuperstock was so amazing. He went through all our options, including waiting until we got home. We decided the best option would be to get the surgery to reset his nose done prior to leaving. Within 24 hours of meeting us, the surgery was scheduled and completed. I would have ever expected a Dr. to help us schedule so last minute and make time for a surgery based on our personal dilemma. He has a fabulous bedside manner, is professional and also addressed all my son’s concerns. So grateful for this experience, given the situation.

Highly recommend. Dr. Kuperstock fixed my deviated septum and collapsed nostril about a year ago (May 2024). I had one completely collapsed nostril and one open nostril. I had such a deviated septum I couldn't breathe through my nose at all. He was able to fix both issues in one surgery. I can now breathe through my nose as well as aesthetically fix my nostrils openings to be even and both open. His bedside manner us excellent. He is friendly and knowledgeable!
