Love Nikelle and she has been really great an attentive. The space is really clean and comfortable. Everyone who works here is also incredibly kind . But most importantly, I have seen great results after my first 2months of being a client.

Deceptive Billing and Charging Practices I came in for a rosacea consultation and was sold on a treatment plan by the owner, Nikelle. She also advised me on Cherry financing and specifically told me to choose the lowest-payment option with the highest APR because Cherry was "flexible" and I could later switch to a lower-interest plan. That was completely false. When I contacted Cherry directly, they told me changing plans is against their policy and cannot be done. I emailed the med spa about being misled and received absolutely no response. My next issue was that when I returned for treatment, the aesthetician had no idea what services were included in the package I had already paid for. There was apparently no clear record in their system. I requested an itemized breakdown of my treatment plan three separate times and never received one. The final straw came at my last appointment. I was told I would be receiving the same treatment as before and never informed that it would result in an additional charge. As I was leaving, I was suddenly told I owed $500 more. At no point was this clearly explained beforehand. When I asked if there was anything they could do given the obvious confusion and miscommunication, I was told no—yet they offered me a complimentary facial. If you're willing to give away services, why is there no flexibility when a customer is hit with an unexpected $500 charge caused by poor communication? I'm an everyday person, and $500 is a significant expense. This wasn't a surprise $25 charge—it was $500. I paid it, but the entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. The staff and owner are friendly, but friendliness only goes so far when there are serious issues with communication, recordkeeping, transparency, and billing. I genuinely liked the treatments, which makes this even more disappointing. I hope they improve their business practices so future customers don't have to go through the same nightmare I did. I will never be back here and never recommend this place to anyone.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I spent nearly $4,000 at this medspa on several facials and laser hair removal sessions, and unfortunately I have little to no results to show for it. The treatments were incredibly expensive, and I expected to see at least some improvement, but that simply wasn’t the case. One of the biggest reasons I purchased a package was because I was told it would be a customized treatment plan tailored to my skin concerns. However, when I later asked Nikelle for the treatment plan I had paid for, I was told there wasn't actually a treatment plan. Instead, she explained that she just looks at my skin when I come in and decides what I need at that appointment. That was not what I thought I was signing up for, and it left me feeling confused and disappointed. The entire experience felt very unorganized and lacking in communication. For the amount of money I invested, I expected more transparency, more guidance, and most importantly, results. When I expressed my concerns, I didn't feel like they were taken seriously or addressed in a meaningful way. I did not come back to Accelerated Aesthetics after being so upset and reaching out the owner about my concerns. I left feeling extremely disappointed, overcharged, and frustrated. Spending almost $4,000 on treatments that produced little to no results is not something I can overlook, and I wish I had taken my business elsewhere.

I totally got ripped off here and they charged $850 for ONE vile of tirzepatide. However, the girl I had a consultation with told me it was $750 and charged my card without sending me a receipt or any sort of email confirming my transaction. The standard price for one vile is around $300 so that was my bad to proceed with this rip off.
