Since becoming a patient of Dr. Phillips, my confidence has came back. I went in with high expectations for my breast implant and lift surgery and he exceeded those expectations. Very thankful I did my research and found him. I'm in love with my new breast!! If you're in the El Paso and even if you're not come here to see Dr. Phillips you'll be happy. Not only is he great but the entire staff at El Paso Cosmetic Surgery is too!

Dr. Phillips came highly recommended by family and friends. He was informative, kind, and listened to how I envisioned my body to look. I had a breast augmentation performed in June 2020, I am absolutely loving the results.

I really hate writing this review. It’s been over 1 year contemplating about writing it or not. I had a BA over a year ago. The initial app was very simple in an out. Didn’t think anything about it. Doc recommended the size which I was ok but changed it last minute and I’m glad I did. I did mention that I felt one breast was bigger than the other one. He said not really so he put each side same size. I trusted him he is the doctor right. Now I feel sad and depress because one is bigger than the other one. I went back after about 4-5 months to talk to him about that and he said they looked good. Which they don’t to me. My bras are extremely noticeable one side obviously fits bigger the other fits okay. Which means they are very noticeable. My family has pointed it out even friends and I’m more embarrassed now then before. I think the process was very fast and a bit careless from Dr.Phillips. I hate hate writing this but I paid a large amount of money I deserved to be treated fairly (medical wise) now I will be redoing them obviously not here... I heard of friends getting the same procedure and they got the support bra, scar cream (they didn’t even offer it to me or educated me about it) and they got the same procedure as me. My scar is horrible ...I just think it’s not fair but I tried talking to them and nothing was done. Also not to mention in between my breast I have a weird mass that has not gone away...

DO NOT GO WITH THIS DOCTOR. I had the misfortune of undergoing breast augmentation with Dr. Phillips in El Paso in September 2022, and I am compelled to share my disappointing experience to prevent others from facing similar issues. The initial pre-op consultations were promising; Dr. Phillips appeared attentive and assured me that my desired results would be achieved. However, post-surgery, the outcome was far from what I had envisioned. Instead of the natural-looking breasts with cleavage that I specifically requested, my breasts resembled hard, unnaturally round bowling balls. This was in stark contrast to the look I had discussed and expected. Dr. Phillips suggested that the results would improve as the implants "settled in," so I complied and gave it time. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve, and I felt compelled to seek a revision. At the revision consultation, I was stunned to learn that Dr. Phillips wanted to charge me the full price of the initial surgery for the revision. This contradicted what I had been told before the surgery, where I was assured that only the anesthesia costs would apply for a revision. When I expressed my concern about the financial strain and the need to pay off my balance from the first surgery before proceeding with a revision, Dr. Phillips relocated to San Antonio. To my dismay, he then quoted me double the original amount for the revision surgery. This lack of transparency and the sudden increase in costs were both frustrating and disheartening. In summary, my experience with Dr. Phillips was marked by poor post-surgical results, unfulfilled promises, and an unprofessional approach to handling revisions and costs. I strongly advise potential patients to exercise caution and thoroughly research their options before proceeding with any procedures. My advice is to seek out a reputable and transparent surgeon with a proven track record to avoid the frustration and financial strain I endured.
