Paso del Norte Surgery Center

The surgical center was amazing!!! I got a breast reduction yesterday. The staff was so kind and helpful, they were super patient and attentive, and they kept me feeling calm and happy! Very clean and well taken care of facility. Especially loved the anesthesiologist and the nurses they were so funny and sweet! Thank you for everything my experience here was phenomenal!!!

I would like to thank all of the staff that took care of me this morning. From the front desk to the doctors to the nurses and technicians that went above and beyond for my endoscopy. Dr. Longoria, my AWESOME doctor, to Dr. Alvarez, anesthesiologist, to Mary who took me in (go Rebels) to Charlotte, Mary Grace, Bernice, Patrick, Ricardo and Yvette and to the lady that wheeled me out. You truly demonstrate what a united team is. Thank you for the care, compassion and commitment to your craft. Hope I did not forget anyone. Bless all of you...

Clean waiting room. Easy check in. The service was excellent. All medical professionals were attentive, shared important information needed to know about my procedure, and made me feel comfortable. I felt comfortable that the team communicated well with each other. Lisa, the recovery room nurse, was extremely nice to me and to my husband. Provided great details in discharge instructions. Thank you for the great service.

I was a bit nervous because it been years years since the last time I got surgery. I have read some of the bad reviews but this is my own experience. The front desk person was ok, not great not bad, all the nurses there and medical staff were very good, always made me feel confortable and were checking on me. My surgery got delayed by a few minutes but it was less than an hour so it wasn't that bad. The place is clean and the equipment is good (not that I'm an expert but it seem good). I believe this surgery center is only for ambulatory procedures because it isn't that big. The things they need to improve is front desk and post op. I was supposed to get a call from the post op nurse and never got one.

I had an awful experience with my granddaughter. That staff has no experience or training with autistic children. I didn't like the way our nurse restrained my 4 yr old granddaughter. And she had a pull up when she went I to surgery. Ourr nurse said she peed herself so he had to take off her pull up? Really? There was no need that is what it was for. I am filing a complaint. Horrible service.
