I personally didn't like it, because I made an appointment to see what treatment or procedure works best for me, i wasn't prepared to it that day because of my skin sensitivity, it was my first time there, and as soon as I got there, the woman there just started preparing everything to do a microneedling, I told her , i just made the appointment to see what works best for me, if i could for my age and skin sensitivity, i wanted the co2 laser , and she said "we do both combined " , I was really worried because no one's splain me the procedure, not even the benefit s my skin will get, i think she assumed that i know everything, so finally i accepted the microneedling i was already there , I asked,.if i have to prepare my skin and concerns about medication and allergies i could have or get with the skin treatment, and , also my age , but the lady just was worried about not to lose the client, I not even finish asking about my treatment concerns, and the lady was telling me no, no no for everything and preparing all to do the microneedling with out i say yes do that. Finally, i cepted it, but didn't get any good results or feel any difference on my face and neck with the microneedling, and the website says 1450, I Finally end paying like 1628. And still seing any difference in my face.

I had a very disappointing experience with Laura Cano of LYC Aesthetics & Academy. I personally paid approximately $3,100 for multiple procedures, including a face and neck lift/tightening and vaginal rejuvenation, based on claims made in advertisements and direct messages. In addition, my cousin paid $850 for a face and neck lift/tightening treatment. We were both told to expect visible results within weeks, with improvements continuing over time and lasting for years. However, after allowing the full recommended time, neither of us has seen any results whatsoever. The treatments appeared to rely on machines that caused temporary redness, creating the impression that something significant was happening, but in reality, there has been no lasting or visible improvement for either of us. What is especially concerning is the misleading advertising, including statements such as “ONLY AT LYC AESTHETICS,” suggesting exclusive and effective treatments that did not deliver as promised. When I raised my concerns and requested a resolution, there was no meaningful effort to correct the situation. The response felt dismissive, and no accountability was taken. For the amount charged, I expected professionalism, transparency, and real results — none of which were delivered. I strongly encourage anyone who has had a similar experience or feels misled to speak up and file a complaint. You can report your experience to: • The Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division • The Better Business Bureau (BBB) • Your state licensing board for aesthetic or cosmetic services Filing a complaint helps create accountability and may prevent others from going through the same situation. I strongly advise others to do thorough research and proceed with caution before committing to services here. Very suspicious please everyone be careful

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I paid $940 for intimate whitening and did not see results at all even though she claims “effective and immediate results” on her advertising. It was a 45min procedure in a messy and cluttered room. When it came to scheduling my procedure, Laura answered me in MINUTES, but after the procedure when I requested to see before and after pictures, she stopped answering me and has not replied to me since. I reached out a week and a half later and still received no response. Please go somewhere else. Her prices are ridiculous for someone who claims to have immediate results. I saw no results which is why I requested to see the before pictures they took. Very unprofessional and at this point I’m not even sure she’s licensed for this. Oh and Laura is not the one who does the procedure. I had a random lady who was probably not licensed and only taught how to use the machine do my procedure. Don’t waste your time or money. And let me end this by saying this is MY experience and I have a right to share it. Horrible experience.
