Dr. Altenberg, Sarah and his staff are AMAZING!!! Have always had pleasant experiences when seeing them in person or through phone calls. All my concerns are addressed and then some. Dr. Altenberg’s bedside matters are TOP NOTCH I appreciate his frankness and willingness to listen to me and adjust his treatment plan so we BOTH contribute to it making it in my opinion more successful as I’m invested in it.

Do NOT go to this place for Botox. I went to take advantage of the special and the Nurse Practitioner immediately tried to upsell me. She told me she could not treat just one area and that I needed to treat two areas so I need more units. I told her that I knew that was not true because I’ve been getting Botox from well known med spas in town for a decade now. And I have never been told that. She kept telling me. I told her I only wanted the 20 units. I was also interested in purchasing an NAD+ shot. She left and I could hear her making fun of me with the other staff. When she came back in she told me I HAD to add 2 more units at least and it was “just $22 dollars.” I said fine whatever so that we could just get it done. Then I realized she had no idea what she was doing. Since I was not offered numbing cream which I’m used to at the med spas, I was flinching and she kept saying “it’s just a little needle.” I again told her that I knew that but it was still uncomfortable and that she should know how to inject units quickly.which she was not. She then proceeded to squirt the toxin all over my forehead so I’m sure I lost several units which means I wasted money. In all my years of going to several different RNs, that has never happened before during a Botox appointment. And this woman is an NP. Bedside manner is terrible and not worth the discount. I’d rather go to Drip Drive or Azul Med Spa where their nurses are trained and have amazing bedside manner and your appointment is fun and a treat. Not this nightmare. I was so excited to become a patient here for my NAD+ injections and was considering other treatments, but not anymore. I’ll take my business elsewhere. And trust me they have lost a patient who generally spends thousands on cosmetic procedures a year. I had just taken a break from Botox for awhile. Anyway, don’t go here. Go to Drip or Azul or even EP Cosmetics. Anywhere but here.

Not sure how so called drs like this one are allowed to practice. This dr does not know how to treat patients. If you are in a bad mood then stay home because your patients are not at fault that you are miserable.
