Great place, with excellent nurses, techs, and doctors! Dr. Chan is literally the best doctor ever, very great listener and highly trained. He truly cares about helping his patients feel better. My pre-op nurse was Eric and he was very kind, efficient, empathetic, and skilled. I also had Cindy and Sabeena, who were also fun, kind, and skilled.

I highly recommend Dr. Yash Vaishnav as a surgeon. I was referred to him by my insurance company to have ptosis surgery done on my eyes. I found Dr. Yash to be very personable and informative about my surgery. His staff was very easy to work with and getting everything done before my surgery. My surgery was painless and very successful. My eyes improved each day and I’m very pleased with the results and my experience with Dr. Yash Vaishnav. I highly recommend him for his skills as a surgeon and his calm, caring and competent personality.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yash Vaishnav for my blocked tear duct. My only regret was not calling sooner. I thought my problem would go away on its own, but unfortunately I needed surgery. Dr. Vaishnav was as personable as he was an expert in ensuring I received the best medical care. I also had a great experience with the anesthesiologist who called me the night before to make sure I felt comfortable heading into surgery the next day. I hope I don’t need another eye sugary any time soon, but if I do (or you do) I would highly consider Dr. Yash Vaishnav.

Dr. Yash Vaishnav is amazing! I’ve had the bad luck of having to get a Mohs procedure near my eye, in my 30s, and although it’s been unfortunate to have to have it done at my age Dr. Vaishnav not only did a great job with my procedure, but also has provided great continuity of care post op. I still have scarring and swelling (which is totally normal) a few months post op, and he has been diligent with follow ups in order to get me as close to normal as possible. Some surgeons just preform the surgery and move on, but he has truly cared about the healing of my eye and my concerns. I’m very happy I was referred to him and his team and would recommend him to anyone going through the same thing!

My experience with Dr Vaishnav and the surgical team was excellent. I was referred to PAOS through Kaiser, and the billing and coverage were seamlessly handled between PAOS and KP. I needed ptosis and blepharoplasty procedures for both eyes, and Dr Vaishnav listened to and delivered on what I wanted in terms of a natural appearance. The procedure was quick and the surgical team was caring and personable. My vision is much more open and brighter thanks to Dr Vaishnav and PAOS.
