Such a seamless, friendly, and pleasant experience getting my rhinoplasty done with Dr Cote! Julie, the patient care coordinator, was just the best to interact with and was a huge part of cementing my decision to choose this practice, and Dr Cote was clearly so experienced and competent from the first consultation. I'd go back ten times over but they're so great I won't need to!

I can hardly put into words the wonderful experience I had with Dr. Cote and the staff at Faces First. I went in with a broken nose and a significantly deviated septum, as well as a desire to fix a few cosmetic issues. From start to finish, I felt heard and well care for. Dr Cote is patient and kind. He set realistic expectations and worked with the natural features of my face. Julie is an angel and made sure I was prepared for my procedure. She was such a great support during the process. Both she and Dr Cote walked me through any concerns I had to make sure I was fully informed about all aspects of my surgery. Dr Cote is extremely talented. I had no bruising, very minimal swelling, and no pain, only some discomfort for a couple days. I look forward to seeing him for other procedures as I age! At my first post-surgery appointment I saw Sarah, who was wonderful and gentle while removing my cast and stitches. At two months out, I am beyond pleased with my results. I feel more confident than I ever have. I cannot recommend Dr Cote and Faces First enough!

I had a Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty with Dr. Cote in February 2025 and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From my very first consultation, Dr. Cote made me feel comfortable and confident, taking the time to explain everything and set clear expectations. The results turned out exactly as I hoped, and I’m so happy with the natural look and balance the procedure brought to my face. I also want to give a big thank you to Julie and the rest of the staff. Every single visit felt welcoming, and they were always kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Their support made the whole process so much less stressful, and I actually looked forward to my appointments. Overall, I’m really grateful for the care I received and the outcome of my surgery. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cote and his team to anyone considering this type of procedure.

Just a heads up these guys will send you to collections over a $33 bill if you miss paying your bill by two weeks. I have since taken care of this, but it is a bit frustrating. Secondarily I booked a surgery more than three months in advance so that I could hit the date that I wanted to make work. Unfortunately, their employee did not put it down in the books. I am now finding out that they have since fired that employee and are now moving my surgery date not only the date itself, but now the location as well. The hardest part is they sit there and tell me with a straight face that they can’t double book. Isn’t that what they did to me? Amendment to above review- They did find a way to get me back on the schedule for the original date which is appreciated. I will further note and state that my procedure went incredibly well. Ultimately that is the most important aspect. Dr. Cote is a great doctor and operator!
