I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr Samir and I’m very happy with my experience. From the first consultation, he was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. He explained implant options, placement, and recovery in detail, which helped me feel confident in my decision. Surgery day went smoothly, and the staff was professional and supportive. My recovery instructions were clear, and follow-up appointments were thorough. Now at 6 months post-op, my results look natural, symmetrical, and feel soft. I’m very pleased with how everything healed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Dr Hasan and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. You can tell when you meet him that he is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and he is with you every step of the way. He called me on Christmas Day to make sure I didn't have any last-minute questions prior to the procedure. He was very patient and remembered key details about myself and my family which was very important to me and left an impression. I had consultations with two other plastic surgeons in the area and I'm so glad I went with Dr. Hasan. His before and after pictures speak for themselves-all of his patients looked so natural and I'm happy to say that I feel the same. After care is also very important and he and his nurses are experienced in that area as well-they respond to questions you have after the surgery. From my first visit, the customer service was EXCELLENT, among the appreciable communication! As it came in many different forms, making the experience flow nicely. I received lots of help and support from staff, and everyone always had inviting energy. Dr. Samir Hasan, You did a phenomenal job of being present to ensure that I felt constable. The Dr. checked in many times throughout the whole process, making me feel supported. He went above and beyond to help me and even removed dead scar tissue on my knees caused by a hit-and-run accident as a teenager. My mom and I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Hasan. He was polite and respectful, but we didn’t move forward with any procedure, so I can’t comment on his surgical work. However, his staff is another story — they are unprofessional and outright disrespectful. At the time of payment, I was told multiple times that the $175 consultation fee could be applied toward the procedure if we moved forward, or toward spa/other services if we didn’t — which is a very standard practice. My mom decided not to proceed, so we planned to use the credit later. Today, when I called to schedule an appointment for my mom, Dr. Hasan answered and told me to send the details by text and they will schedule the appt, which I did. I also mentioned using our unused credit. Shortly after the text, someone from the office called back, and the entire focus became denying that the credit could be used. She cut me off repeatedly, raised her voice, and would not let me speak. I even asked to use the credit for whatever they would allow, but she still refused, contradicting what we were originally told when I paid. She then told me the visit fee for the new appointment would be $300 and had to be paid, and said that regardless of what I was told previously, Dr. Hasan himself told her they will not let me use the consultation fee they had earlier promised could be applied in the future. She was so rude that I hung up and asked to speak with someone else. Of course, no one else called me back — it was the same person who later left a voicemail saying they are fully booked until September (when she initially said it would be sometime next week) and confirming again they will not let me use the credit whatsoever. Again, their main concern was the money, not the actual service or patient care. For me, It was not about the money — it’s about integrity and respect for patients. Unfortunately, based on other reviews and what I’ve heard, it seems common for this office to change their tune after payment. If customer service and honoring your word matter to you, think twice before booking here.
