Dr. Michael Nissan did my face and neck lift surgery at Clements Hospital Dallas, TX. I lost 80 pounds with Ozempic and need face , neck lift surgery. Dr. Nissan did wonderful job, awesome results. He answered all my questions , very kind and has superb bed side manners. I recommend him for all plastic surgeries.

I came in for a facial with Meagan Rodriguez it was quite literally life changing. After double cleansing and exfoliating she did a thorough skin analysis and told me everything she noticed. She shared with me what areas needed improvement and what areas I was doing well at. She extracted my milia and blackheads and it was practically painless. The masks and massage was amazing. She massaged my scalp and neck and shoulders. My décolleté was glowing and she suggested a laser treatment for the pesky broken capillaries around my nose. I brought in my current regimen for her review and she mentioned a few key ingredients that would take my results to the next level. I purchased two products a vitamin C and SPF and have been using them for a month now and literally I am STILL glowing. I see her again in two weeks. I can’t wait for my next session. I had weight loss surgery. Thus, I lost a significant amount of weight. The extra skin was a big problem. UTSW Plastics was wonderful. The doctors are knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. The cost of their procedures are about half the price of a private practice surgeon. I highly recommend.

I went in for a neck lift, the doctor was wonderful and so was all the staff, but shortly after surgery i noticed like some dimples and small pockets of fat under my chin, it was apparent that there was something wrong. Was told to massage and it would all smooth out, but it did not. At my year post visit, i said it needed to be fixed, it looked aweful and everone keeps asking whats wrong with my chin, had the consult with my doctor and they said i need a scar revision, i said ok and was excited to finally get it fixed, then they said i would have to pay 600.00, needless to say i was quit disappointed, really dident think i should have to pay for a revision that i should have never needed, not to mention the year of questions from everyone asking what happened to my chin. Again my Doctor was so nice and concerned but said they had to charge it was policy...so overall not happy about that, really disappointed with this experience....
