I wanted to share a follow-up to my original experience with Dr. Hanz because I think it says a lot about the type of surgeon he is. Many surgeons can perform a procedure, but what truly sets Dr. Hanz apart is how he treats his patients after surgery. During a recent follow-up appointment, we discussed a small area that I wanted to improve. Dr. Hanz was incredibly understanding and focused on making sure I was completely satisfied with my outcome. What impressed me most was that he waived all of his surgical fees for the revision procedure. My only responsibility was for the operating room and anesthesia costs. To me, that demonstrates a level of integrity and commitment to patient satisfaction that is rare. Throughout this process, I have never felt like just another patient. Dr. Hanz has consistently taken the time to listen, answer questions, and work with me to achieve the best possible result. His dedication to his patients extends far beyond the operating room. If you’re looking for a surgeon who stands behind his work and genuinely cares about his patients’ long-term results, I highly recommend Dr. Hanz.

Selecting a plastic surgeon can feel daunting. I read countless reviews and had consultations with several surgeons before finding Dr. Hanz—and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, the staff and facility were outstanding. Communication is seamless; it’s always easy to reach someone with a question or concern, which made a huge difference throughout the process. I had an arm lift and a mini thigh lift, and I am completely in love with my results. For the arms, Dr. Hanz placed the incisions perfectly—well hidden from most angles and primarily on the inner arm. I was mentally prepared for a harsh scar, but my healing has been amazing. At just 8 weeks post-op, my scar is already a thin pencil line. The pre- and post-op do’s and don’ts they provide are true game changers and clearly make a difference in healing. My mini thigh lift has also been incredible. There were a few minor bumps along the way, which is expected given how much that area moves, but Dr. Hanz provided consistent reassurance and very direct, practical guidance (yes—use the blow dryer after every shower; air drying is not an option!). I also can’t say enough about the anesthesiologist—she was so incredible. She immediately put me at ease by chatting with me about my bikes (I’m a cyclist), which completely calmed my nerves. Overall, my experience was excellent. I felt comfortable, supported, and well cared for at every step—from booking the consultation and discussing costs, to surgery, follow-ups, and navigating any moments of concern. I highly recommend Dr. Hanz and his team.
