What does that mean? If you can’t take out all the scar tissue & make me symmetrical, what can you do? As I said, I would like a partial refund. Good surgeons acknowledge mistakes and fix them one way or another. And, your website promises personalized & safe procedures. Mine was neither. Look forward to hearing back from you.
