Surgeon Dr. Toledo, his staff such as Esther and Sylvia, and anesthesiologist Dr. Jackson provided the utmost care to me - high quality people, high quality care, and theyre big on discretion. This all applies to before surgery, during surgery, and after surgery. They answered all questions I had, especially Sylvia, who had to answer via phone a few times for after-hours care. I have a profound love for all these professionals and this facility. If I should desire more cosmetic surgery in the future, I know exactly where to turn. I am extremely happy with the results of my rhinoplasty! I had such a good experience with Dr. Toledo & his staff. The office people were very friendly & helpful. Just got the cast removed 3 days ago & already love how my nose is looking. He gave me exactly what I want & made it look “natural”. Have already got so many compliments on how my nose looks.

I’m beyond thrilled about my rhinoplasty result. I’m 4 weeks post op (photos taken at 3 weeks) and it’s truly corrected something that has been at the forefront of my mind for all my life. Even at this early stage, where swelling is still prominent, I love my result. I really appreciate Dr Toledo’s commitment to achieving natural looking results that complement each patient’s unique features. Not to mention, functionally he repaired a severe left septal deviation I didn’t even know I had; his ENT background is so valuable in this regard. I could not have asked for a better result.

I believe the medical term for what I had done was Blepharoplasty. This is the procedure to remove the bags under my eyes. Dr. Toledo had been highly recommended to me and I am glad he was. The initial consult was very easy and enjoyable. Dr. Toledo checked me over, described what he saw, and how he could fix it. Photos were taken and I immediately scheduled the surgery and was given excellent literature to help me prepare. The night before the surgery the anesthesiologist called to introduce himself and describe what was going to happen and ask if I had any questions. I thought this was amazing to get that kind of pre-op call. The surgery went very well. I came out of the anesthetic with no issues. I had filled a prescription for pain meds but never needed them. There was no pain. The only discomfort I felt was having to put antibiotic eye drops in my eyes. I was so pleased there was no pain. I had no bruising or racoon eyes. I was out in public a few days later and had to tell people that I had just had surgery. They were amazed and impressed with the results. After care was the best. Dr. Toledo and his staff are great and caring. I can't say enough nice things about them. The stitches came out and even that did not hurt. I have attached before and after pics his staff took. I am so thankful I had the surgery and that Dr. Toledo did it. At the final check up I thanked the Doc for making such a big change in my life possible.
