I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Farris this past February, and I can honestly say I’m beyond ecstatic with my results—truly better than my highest hopes. The outcome looks so natural that my friends constantly tell me it’s like I was born with them, which was exactly what I wanted. From the very beginning, Dr. Farris had an incredible bedside manner. He really listened to my goals and completely understood the assignment. I felt heard, respected, and confident in the plan we created together. He also made sure I was fully informed and prepared every step of the way, which made a huge difference in easing any nerves. The entire office staff was amazing. I genuinely felt like I had a team of cheerleaders supporting me throughout the whole process. Everyone was kind, responsive, and made the experience feel smooth and comfortable. Post-op care was just as impressive. They did a great job setting clear expectations for recovery and made sure I always felt supported. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zachary Farris and his incredible staff! I had always wanted a breast augmentation but was hesitant. The morning of my procedure, when it came time to make final decisions, I thought I knew what I wanted, but I trusted Dr. Farris’s recommendation— and I’m SO glad I did. Liz was right there with me, excited for me and encouraging. Thanks to the whole team, I didn’t feel one ounce of nerves, doubt, or hesitation. The procedure itself was quick (under two hours), and my recovery was unbelievably smooth. It hardly felt like I had undergone major surgery! Dr. Farris and his team checked in on me frequently. Their care made all the difference. Immediately post-op, my results looked amazing, I was absolutely ecstatic. Now, two months later, I am still completely obsessed with my results. My breasts look natural, beautiful, and symmetric. My confidence has been restored, and I feel incredible. De. Farris was willing to do augmentations but didn’t want to remove them after 5 years and do the necessary surgery. I’m a cancer gene positive and at high risk breast cancer we patient and even though I explained all that he didn’t care. Would not recommend him!
