I had a facial with patty a few years ago and it was the most amazing experience. She is super knowledgeable and sweet and catered to sensitive skin. I can not wait to go back again.

I really really really wanted to like this place given that the reviews online were great but needless to say, disappointment is an understatement. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early for my 2:30pm appointment. I was brought to the back from the waiting room at 3:09pm but unfortunately there was more unexpected waiting. I didn't get numbed until 3:53pm and left at 4:42pm. I was there for about 2.5 to 3 hours. Im afraid I should have arrived at the time of my appointment and not any sooner had I known that the scheduled time is not prompt and there is additional wait. The injector has amazing people skills, but was very distracted editing videos, receiving urgent phone calls about plumbing issues, and finishing an application before a 3:00pm deadline. I understand being essential however my time is also important and the wait was a bit excessive especially when paying for a $1k+ service. I was convinced and excited to purchase the medical grade facial cleanser, brightening cream, exfoliating pads, and another exfoliating substance. The injector informed the receptionist of everything to charge me for including the facial cleansers and that something would be a gift, I'm thinking it was a lip moisturizer. When I got to the front desk to check out, the receptionist charged me under someone else's account and had to reimburse me then charge me a second time. I asked about the cleansers and she went to get them and mentioned she didn't include them and essentially had to charge a third time. So many mistakes in very little time, all while training a new hire. There was disorganization all around from the start of the visit to the end and a deep lack of customer service and empathy. The receptionist said she would message me with the instructions on when or how to use the cleanser products, as she told all previous customers before me since my 2pm arrival, however never did I receive the correspondence as promised. I also didn't know if I would receive the correspondence via email, application, or text message. I am grateful for the free lip moisturizer and the coupon (I still tipped which is beside the point) but im very sad to say that I'm not coming back nor am I recommending. Bottom line: organization, turn around time, empathy, customer service. Every customer matters.
