My first time there and I had a great experience! I had my forms filled out the day before online portal was easy to use. I needed a few moles removed, and Dr Cori explained the procedure as well her assistant very clearly, and I went through with it, the procedure was super quick! They were super kind and plan to come back soon to have more moles removed. Highly recommend them!

Super disappointed. I got a surprise bill from them after my dermatology appointment at ARC; about 30 days later. I didn’t have the money to pay right away, and was waiting for Jan 1 to pay with my FSA. Well, at 90 days overdue, they sent my account to collections! Who the hell does that?! I have never had a medical billing that I was not able to pay by 180 days or less. What a terrible practice to send to collections for less than six months overdue. Now I have to come up with the money out of pocket because I can’t pay a collection with my FSA. Thanks for screwing me over South Texas Dermatology.

I had the same experience as some of you… I will never go back!! Did not address my problems,, and was condescending…. And looking for a new DR…. Seems like this area around Corpus is run by PAs and not Drs.

Don’t waste your time read the reviews they are accurate, PA Alanna was terrible she has no experience or manners. Appointment was a waste of time and after notifying them of a prescription I needed refilled urgently they have yet to respond after 5 days. I have called multiple times and no one answers or calls me back.

I’ve been going to South Texas Dermatology for a few years now. Recently, I had a change in my PCM. My PCM asked me to get a copy of my chart for South Texas Dermatology so they could put a referral in for me to be seen there. I went to South Texas Dermatology’s requested and filled out the record disclosure so they could forward my information to my PCM. For some unknown reason, they ended up requesting a referral from my old PCM that I no longer wish to use. On the day of my appointment, I asked three different people if they were using my current PCM‘s referral, and they all replied, yes. When I left, there was no request for me to stop and make a payment prior to my way out, so I thought everything was the way it was supposed to be. Two weeks ago I get a text message stating I owe on my account. So I click on the link and it shows a a balance. I immediately called South Texas Dermatology to find out why. After speaking to Eliza, I was told that somebody would call me. on the 18th I called again and again spoke to Eliza and asked to speak to the Clinic manager. She transferred me to Yvette’s phone number and I left a message. I have not received any phone calls back however I’ve received a bill in the mail, an email stating that I owe on this balance and another text message today. by the way, when I spoke to Eliza, she verified that she had the record disclosure that I filled out for my new provider. These people don’t understand common courtesy when it comes to patient care and obviously don’t know how to right a wrong. I will be good looking for a new dermatology doctor and won’t be going back to these people.
