My initial visit was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. Nice ladies working in the office.

I made an appointment for a Biote injection. I was told, as a new patient, as long as I had labs within one year I could be seen. I went to drop my labs off the week before my appointment and was asked to wait for the doctors decision on whether or not they were sufficient. I waited almost thirty minutes with no response and finally left asking them to call me. Then I was told sorry they are almost a year old, we need more current ones. I had my labs drawn on Monday, my appointment was Friday. I show up to my appointment and the nurse is running off my old labs. She was clueless that I had been asked to have them drawn. Then she proceeds to tell me I can’t not get the treatment after all because my levels are too high. I need to come back at the end of next month. Why were my labs not looked at prior to my appointment?!? The office should have checked those before my appointment saving me the time wasted on coming in for no reason. Every staff member I came in contact was less than enthusiastic. They all spoke in a monotone voice which comes off as less than professional. I will not be back nor would I recommend them.
