She was very kind but I asked for a full body exam because I had never had one. She never did it. I asked her about a few areas of concern but she just waved her hand and dismissed them. No explanation. I was very disappointed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. I arrived 15 minutes early for my daughter’s appointment, but because my paperwork wasn’t complete, I was immediately told the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Apparently, they require patients to arrive 30 minutes early if paperwork isn’t ready, but this policy was never communicated to us in advance specific to our appointment being canceled or having to be rescheduled. When I explained that we had waited over a month for this appointment, taken my daughter out of school, and gone out of our way to be there, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, showing no empathy for our situation. When I asked to speak with the office manager, I was met with the same cold and unhelpful attitude. I even reminded the manager of the golden rule—to treat others the way you’d like to be treated—but it was clear she had no interest in accommodating or understanding our circumstances. It was obvious that they simply didn’t want to bother seeing one more patient that day regardless of the fact that we had an appointment. It was clear they welcomed the fact that they were going to have one less patient. The lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism was shocking. Life is too short to be treated so poorly. I cannot recommend this office to anyone who values respect and basic courtesy. The staff there needs professional training and basic communication skills not to mention a lesson or many in basic humanity. Shameful!!!!

Went to this Dr. once. I had legs scratched open and bleeding from eczema. She said, “ Diagnosis easy, cure is hard”. She didn’t recognize I was suffering from eczema. She said I needed a psychiatrist, because I was into self mutilation Nothing could be further from the truth. I got a second opinion, and I was told it was eczema, which through the course of time and treatment subsided. I get flair ups, but have to be treated, and it gets better. This Dr. discounted me right from the beginning and barely even looked at my legs. She was very rude about telling me these things. She wouldn’t listen to a thing I had to say, Just told me like it was according to her opinion. Through the years my eczema has gotten so much better. In remission sometimes, however it is a chronic condition and will come back, so it must be treated.

Receptionist must love their job because they look so happy behind that desk!! So happy I suggest you go some where else lol Dr. Held is a good Dr. though just a little behind. I also think the whole office needs updating all around. I think everyone employed there are used to all their older patients, & don't seem to care how they treat them nor do they care for the new patients coming in.
