Bay area oral and facial surgery

I just had major oral surgery & I HAD to talk about it. For starters Dr Tenier took a look at my Xrays and explained the entire surgical procedure. A few days before his office staff called to confirm my appointment AND to ensure I would not be trying to drive home myself. Now we're at surgery day.. they went over everything 1 More Time to make sure I was completely comfortable with the process. 3 staff members were there throughout the entire process & when it was over I did feel some pain but the overall relief of having a nasty tooth removed was worth it. Thanks again Dr. T!!!

Had a great experience here, the oral surgeon put me at ease from the first evaluation appointment. He has been pulling teeth for a long time and it shows. Had to get 5 teeth pulled and the operation went smooth and I had very little swelling. Only had to take two painkillers following the procedure with zero complications. Highly recommend.

I typically don’t leave reviews. This is more reflective of the office staff not the surgeons itself. Really quite disappointed. I’m referred here by my endodontist for an extraction been trying to call for the last couple of weeks to get an estimate/consultation scheduled. Can’t even seem to get a human just a recording with no option to leave a message. Meanwhile I’m in pain and probably now have an infection which will delay any extraction.

Been needling a consultation since Jan 28 2025 and today is May 1st 2025 they barely got back to be about a consultation only to tell me that they cannot see me and would not explain why! This is by far the worst experience and feeling I’ve ever had with a dentist office I would never EVER recommend this place to friends or family! I’ve been in pain for months needing an extraction and 2 biopsy’s done, again they refused to see me and would not tell me why I have the best insurance money can buy and money also clearly isn’t an issue. To hell with your office and company if I could give zero stars I would!!!!

I was referred to here to get my wisdom teeth removed. I called several times there was silence at the end of the line. I finally was able to leave a voicemail and a lady called me back. I was told insurance could pay but I would have to pay upfront. I told her okay will I receive an estimate and she said yes asked what insurance I have I told her humana. It seemed like after I told her that her tone instantly changed to being rude/condescending and that they don’t take it at all. I called my insurance company and they said they were in network and should take it. I asked okay what insurance do you take and she said pretty much everything else like it’s a little odd that’s the only insurance you don’t take why is that and then I asked well do you know any other oral surgeons around here and she said no I was like you must know others around her and no you should look it up. I wish I would have gotten her name but even if you didn’t take my insurance or didn’t know other oral surgeons you should not be speaking that way to others especially since you are the one in the front calling and answering phone calls.
