I will share my best experience from start to finish, Gentera is my choice. Before I choose to be with them i do my own research for the best doctor in or out of town or country.. then I stop searching, then that is the time that the commercial come along. Then I search and read all the reviews and they have a great rating among the place that I look in to.. the doctor the staff of the clinic are very nice and friendly. The nurses and Doctor's specially ( Dr Michael Rodriguez) Dr Magic he answers all my questions. And very informative. And I was surprised to the out come. I was afraid but all of them make me feel comfortable in all the aspects of my needs. I am happy the out come.. from customers service, front desk, Nurses, anesthesiologist, doctors from the bottom of my heart thank you so very much. Job well done. God be with you and God bless. Dr. Rodriguez is truly an exceptional surgeon. I was absolutely thrilled with the results of my rhinoplasty back in 2022, it was a life-changing experience that gave me a tremendous boost in confidence. Three weeks ago, I returned for a revision breast lift, implant exchange, and internal bra procedure, and once again, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Minimal pain and my recovery has been quick. Dr. Rodriguez is not only incredibly skilled at what he does, but he’s also attentive, supportive, and always available to answer any questions or concerns throughout the recovery process. His dedication to patient care is unmatched. The entire team at Gentera, including the medical assistants and staff, provided outstanding support and made me feel completely cared for. From the first virtual visit with Dr Rodriguez to my surgery this week at Gentera it has been amazing . When you walk in the office is large and impressive. The nurses were very comforting as I was super nervous. Pre-op prior to surgery done and all my paperwork had to be done before arrival. They have the process down to a science. Appt were kept on time and Dr very professional as well. I would definitely recommend this location. You don’t have to worry about no one answering your calls or dismissing your issues here, it’s worth the trip

This was not the first time I went to see Dr Michael Rodriguez (Magic Mike) he is amazing!!!!! I loved the process with him, he’s very professional he knows what he’s doing and he is very informative. Results are better than expected and he and his team are always making sure we are doing good after procedures. Brenda is amazing as well, at the beginning when I scheduled I was scared and she was always there at all times when I needed to speak to her, she also makes sure that your post op is going great. Isabel in the from and her team are also great people, they make you feel comfortable and they are always paying attention. I really like this place, I recommend this office and Dr Michael with my eyes closed! Thank you Gentera Team for taking such great care of me!
